Location great, staff nice, quiet and safe accommodations. Overall you get what you pay for, it’s a very affordable place in a nice location, walking distance to many things.
Room keys never work and you cannot use the pools at the main Los Arcos building. The photos show both Jr. and regular suite rooms. If you book a Jr. suite you’ll be in the back right with only 1 window facing the pool/balcony…rooms 1-5 on each floor are the regular suites and much better. We were able to move to a suite for after our first night and were charged $25/night extra even though the posted cost was only a $9 difference.

Wonderful, kind, friendly staff at all of their locations.
Great dining area for all inclusive. Good very good, traditional Mexican dishes.
Pools are wonderful. In the heat of zona romantica.

There was cockroaches inside the room, Restroom was dirty had to leave the next morning of my first night because I was not comfortable at all. No parking lot requested a refund and they didn’t wanted to help me out

Everything. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very large. Cleaning service was ever day. Grounds were lovely and well taken care of.

I had mistaken the property with “Playa “ Los arcos on the beach. I arrived at the “playa” property to find my reservations a couple blocks away. They were able to accommodate us at a higher price. A bit confusing, and apparently it happens often.
The bed was quite hard and the furniture was old bordering on antique. Needs updating. On the upside the staff was 5 star. The location was amazing. But again we actually stayed at a sister property

We stayed at this location twice once on the way to Peru from Canada and another back to Canada. It was a nice location. Staff was friendly. It probably was a little more than what I would normally pay but since it was only a couple of night during a layover. It was fine. Nonetheless, it was still a nice location.
It was a little too expensive. We had to book a second night on the way to Peru as one of our flights did not line up, and it costed us significantly more almost the same amount as it would’ve for one night all inclusive.

Proximity to the beach and restaurants, housekeeping staff who worked very hard to maintain a clean environment.
The hotel management did not respond to emails before I arrived requesting an upgrade. The upgrade came with an additional cost that in hindsight was not worth the value. The hotel advertises "seaview". The surrounding buildings block most of the view. Also, the charge of $18. (US) for breakfast was not refundable, if not used.

The hotel was nice, great location. There was alot of construction going on around the hotel.
The rooms needed to be updated. The bathroom, toilet area were very small.
