The openness of the facility with the sounds smells and ocean.
The location. The restaurant.

The hotel is a minute from the boardwalk and it's within Zona Romantica. Near to the beach, convenience store, restaurants, fast food, bars, and souvenir shops. Free buffet breakfast in the morning.
There's a road construction beside the hotel. Loud music at night til midnight so if you cannot sleep at night with loud music I highly suggest to wear earplugs or find hotel far from the bars.
I also didn't like the way how they clean the room. I will attached pictures of the condition of the room when I first arrived. There are hairs on the floor in the washroom, toilet is not properly clean, and the sheets of the bed has stains.

The room are very old, there is no drawer to put your cloths. Only few hangers maybe 5 hangers.breakfast is below basic for what you pay swimming pool chairs are really really old swimming towels are old.

The location is wonderful - right in the ocean and walking distance to everything. The restaurant is great!
It’s very noisy with street construction but that’s not their fault.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Warm smiles everywhere.
The location is spectacular. The crashing waves and warm breeze made for a pleasant restful sleep.
The breakfast was good. Tasty coffee.
Pool is nice and cool for s dip between sun soaks.
The classic Mexican style is a delight to photograph.
The parking is a bitch.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rosita. It's an older hotel and the rooms are basic, but, we had everything we needed. The rooms are a good size, clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is charming and the staff and breakfast are wonderful. It's right on the water with ocean breezes and the location is great and quiet. We would stay again.

Room was large and clean. Breakfast was excellent (buffet and plated). Building was historic and location was ideal. Staff was fantastic. They kept us safe in the Cartel attacks. We thank them!
The TV was too small, and there was only one chair in the room to sit in. No refridgerator or Hair dryer. None of these things are a big deal.

Rooms are nothing to boast about but they are comfortable and clean. Showers are good with instant hot water and lots of pressure.

During our stay at this hotel Puerto Vallarta went into a code red shelter in place. The staff and restaurant were amazing and we felt so taken care of during this time.
We had a 3 double bed family room and the bathroom was very small for a family. Also the pillows were very flat and the sheets were scratchy.
