Location is good
Terrible place to stay! Don't stay here. The first thing we found when we entered the room was a cockroach..
Honesty it's a bad place to stay. Not comfortable at all, dirty, smells funny.

Okay location
For the price and location it wasn’t too bad. What I didn’t like is the beds weren’t comfortable at all. And if you like getting woken up by a roster every morning it’s the place to stay. Also room has cockroaches

Wonderful
A friendly and comfortable modest hotel. The location is very convenient for long stays, the pool is lovely, and the staff works hard to please.

Wonderful
We had a good stay. We had come from a difficult situation at airport and the staff were great and we felt very safe at hotel. They have a great pool and poolside, a very comfortable common area for all to use, and we had a fridge and microwave in our room. Coffee available in the morning, and many good restaurants all around including an excellent breakfast, lunch, dinner place right beside. Many thanks to the manager and staff for our stay.

Disappointing
Friendly staff and very helpful, they have coffee in the Morning. Across the street. From a good seafood taco stand. Good restaurants in the area.
All the Windows face the pool and the pool was very noisey with groups and dualling music boxes. You couldnt use the pool between Noon and 10 at night for swimming. There was no where to go for quiet. Bring earplugs.

Good
The room was clean, nothing fancy nor luxurious, AC worked, and the pool was nice. The location was great if you plan on visiting other beach towns that are both north and south of PV. And not too far from the airport, Sam's & Costco.
Although, aware of the $100 MXN deposit for the remote control but the same is for the blow dryer and I'm sure the iron. Unfortunately, I barely turned on the blow dryer and the electricity went out. In my room and the 3 additional rooms, we all tried turning on the breaker in our rooms and to no avail, plus was made to feel guilty as if it's my fault that their blow dryer and their electrical is crap. And the poor inconvenience I caused while trying to get ready, we all were for NYE! Someone had to come which of course was not a quick fix But, it did after 45 mins+.
The bed is a bit on the firm side for me. But, not that it caused any back/body pain.
It was advertised they offer breakfast and others raved about it. But, non existent during my stay. Great breakfast/coffee spot next door.

Good
I actually thought I was booking the other Hacienda--the one nearer the airport. I didn't realize there were two. However, the location, though more central than we had anticipated, was fine with several good eating establishments nearby. Upon our arrival, the receptionist, Guadeloupe, was very friendly and helpful, and when we checked out the next day, she cheerfully got us a cab to the airport. Much appreciated. The cleaning staff were also affable. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the AC and TV both worked well.
We were unable to get any hot water in the room. The hot water tap in the sink wouldn't open at all, and the one in the shower provided only cold water, even after it had run for a while. Also, the pool was very clean but seemed to have an unusually high level of chlorine in the water.

Pleasant
Cheap and friendly hotel, love how it’s surrounded by trees and you can hear the all sorts of animals at night
Rooms had no fridge and the front door had a 6” gap at the bottom

Walking distance to beach and good food areas. Down town bustle. Busses available every 20 min. Bare room with no amenities. Over all what we wanted. Clean.
