Great location, nice staff, accommodatiing for a bit of a late check-out. nothing fancy but totally adequate. and cant beat the location. Be sure to ask for an outside room.

Location
No hair dryer. You had to ask at the desk and they usually didn’t have one. Little bottle of poor quality shampoo. No conditioner. Little bar of soap. Room was small. No place to put luggage. No bedside lights.

The location just about as good as it gets; just one block from the beach! I had a very nice area outside my room where I could sit and enjoy the views of both mountains and the ocean while working on my computer. The staff was friendly and generally helpful. The roof-top terrace with pool was very pleasant and under-utilized. There were times when I was alone on the terrace and in the pool.
There was just one electrical outlet in my room. A single bottle of water was provided upon check-in, but none after that. There wasn't any opportunity to purchase more water at the hotel; you had to go to a market for that. Unless you built a sufficient barricade at the shower entrance, both the bathroom and bedroom would flood. Some housekeepers left sufficient linens, others did not.

There was no food there. But I enjoyed the balcony view of the beautiful park and the ocean. The maid s were very helpful, pleasant and nice.
There was no shower curtain (WHY) ,and we had a hard time controling the air-conditioning. The man who showed us to our room didn't explain anything to us, just let us in. And pointed to the remote controls, but said nothing to us.

Wonderful
The room was huge and pretty comfortable. The hotel is right in front of the Lazaro Cardenas Park. Walking distance to the Malecon and dining options. Overall it was a good stay.
The elevator stopped working the first day so we had to carry a stroller up and down 4 flights of stairs. Luckily they got it fixed.

Amazing location. It is very close to the beach and all the shops/markets. The roof top terrace and pool is great. There's a shady lobby level pool that was great for swimming with out little baby.
Room was very basic and the beds were small. We had an interior room that had a window to the hallway. I'm sure the exterior rooms have beautiful views.

Liked the location. Close to the pier and many restaurants. The hotel has a rooftop pool and sitting area to enjoy the view of the ocean and sunsets.

The location was fantastic, could not have been better.
The room smelled like sewage gas all week. I notified the staff at the front desk daily and they acted like they did not care. One night we slept with the door to the patio open it was so bad.

Most of the other front line staff, on our first 4 days did not look happy, were not friendly... cheap with towels and toilet paper...pool area closed toooo early

Location - perfect. Penthouse pool - beautiful. Staff - excellent. Cleanliness - excellent. The room is somewhat comfortable. Rooms could stand some updating.
There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk for anything. You would have to leave your room, get in the elevator and go down to the front desk. There is no lamp or light by the beds. Its either full room light or nothing. The shower in the bathroom has no shower door/curtain, so water goes everywhere when you take a shower.

Hotel & Staff were great, and helpful. I will stay there again.
The wrist straps they attach to you. It “marks” you and prices around town go up somewhat in some of the stores.
