Wonderful
Great location on the edge of Zona so it was quiet but still easy to walk to the action and the beach. The room was comfortable and the staff are friendly.
Our room was on the main floor so not much a view but we still enjoyed the large balcony.

Clean and good staff
Be prepared to climb significant stairs. If you have any condition at all including just being out of shape, do not stay here. It's exhausting and I am not exagerating.

Rooftop pool: Music playing in the afternoon was loud and distorted - I think the input level was too high, creating the distortion. As a result, was not able to rest and relax poolside. Took a while to lower the volume after we asked, and the volume was only lowered a little. I believe I and my friend were the only ones up there.. Felt like the music was for the benefit of the staff, not for the guests...

I liked that the room had balcony where I could enjoy the cool evening air.
The doors are too loud with beeping upon entry. And because of the concrete and tile, the sound travels far. It's showing s little wear but still in his shape. The rooftop pool was far too cold for me. No wash cloths provided.

Stayed there before and since it slightly up here it was short cut to most points but climbing was a bit but didn't really bother unless you have health condition.
It is not necessary the property but if you stay at a hotel like this you hear a lot more door banging and noise then big open hotel.

Great location and had a little gondola that took you up and down the hill.
Room was nice and balcony was great with hammock and view lovely.
Shower was not good and Luke warm water.
No hairdryer, no coffee or milk in room but kettle for it!
Hotel had a lot of stairs so not good for someone with limited mobility
I wouldn’t say this would be best hotel if you wanted to start longer than 2 days.
Bar was very disappointing and not a good roof top or pool
