The location was perfect! Close to airport, we walked to it! Near grocery store, again walking distance. The pretty marina with restaurants and shops was minutes away and local quaint restaurants for tacos were just around the corner from your location.

Wonderful
We were very pleased with this hotel located close to the Puerta Vallarta International Airport. We stayed here the day we arrived before going to our hotel in Mismaloya and the day before we left for home. It is a bit of a walk but definitely doable from the airport for two seventy-somethings. They do have a shuttle service that will take you back to the airport and this is very convenient. The room was nice; the beds good; and the breakfast good. The hotel is in an excellent location close to a supermarket and shopping. We will stay here again when we go to Puerta Vallarta.

Close to the airport with free shuttle to airport. Buffet breakfast was good.

Convenient for groceries and other stuff. Easy access. And the staff are very accommodating. I like how coz the receiving area is… very welcoming.

Location on the beach.
Front lobby is very good.
Staff are friendly.
Room is old.
Beds are cramped and hot. Install queen beds. The beds in a much cheaper hotel in PV were much better.
Food for vegetarians was awful. Introduce better options for vegetarians.
Some room staff don't understand english at all.

The hotel was great - breakfast was huge and the gym was decent. The location was fantastic, just minutes from the airport.
The rooms are advertised to be 3 person rooms but the pullout couch is AWFUL. The rooms sleep 2 people and one person gets to lie awake in pain and discomfort.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Beds were very comfortable. Nice view of marina and beyond. Pool area spacious, pool very good and water a good temperature, pool staff was attentive. Staff was friendly all around. Shuttle to airport was appreciated. Shuttle driver Henry was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants at the marina. We would stay there again.

Bed was comfortable. The room was very nice and the breakfast was fine!
We could have used some help in getting our bags down to lobby. My husband uses a walker and so I had to get a baggage cart, load it up in the room and take it down to the lobby!
