Elevators very slow

Poor customer service from reception all the to the general manager. Super hostile environment from staff. Poor food management leading to food poisoning.

It was very loud when pool activities were going on, and it took away from the peaceful environment.

The bathroom in room 615 smelled like sewer. It smell was coming from the drains.

I felt along with individuals I met on the resort, wish the food was better and more native food selection. And better options for the room service when ordering late nights

Food was horrible. I had to pay $40 extra daily to access adult/roof pool but still had yo go up and down stairs to order/carry my drinks ... disabled solo Traveller avoid this location.

Too loud music during the weddings

This hotel is not as a 5 stars is supposed to be. Food was ok not great. Total deception for cocktails and drinks . Only one elevator for the entire hotel. Very noisy speakers. No shuttle from and to the airport. Most of the staff were very friendly. In short they need to to do a lot of work for claiming to be a 5 stars hotel.

Many of the staff members gave a very very bad service (only a few exceptions), the food in general is bad specially the buffet (few exceptions from the menu), concierge couldn't provide options for our requests. Our room was not cleaned any day even if left the sign on the door. In general is not worth the price at all, you can easily find way better options in that price range

When we first checked in the shower from our room smelled very bad like dried urine I had to call someone to come To the room and smell it and the agreed with me that it did smell like dried urine so the cleaned it I wasn’t to happy about it

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service at the front desk was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful from the very beginning. The room we were given had a horrible smell of sewage, and when we asked to change rooms, the staff gave us a hard time instead of helping us right away. Things only got worse when my friends ended up stuck in the elevator. When I reported it, nobody at the hotel cared or moved quickly to help. I eventually had to go to the elevator myself to help them because no staff bothered to check on the situation. Even after my friends were finally safe, we reported it again and the staff still did not take it seriously. One of them even shrugged it off by saying the elevator “belongs to a third party,” as if that excused them from any responsibility. On top of that, the pool area one day was disgusting. Someone had defecated in the pool and there was a visible trail leading to the bathroom. Instead of cleaning it up promptly and professionally, the hotel staff took far too long to address the issue, showing once again how little they cared about the health and safety of their guests. To make matters worse, the bartenders were extremely rude and dismissive, which further reflected the lack of professionalism throughout the property. I ended up wasting my entire day dealing with their negligence, and they still didn’t want to resolve anything. The lack of professionalism, safety, and care for guests is unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We paid for the vip area. Food was gross most of the time. Bread was always full of flies. You had to go to the top floor of the hotel to get a decent drink; they only had the worst possible alcohol brands elsewhere.
