The location was beautiful, the grounds are expansive.
Even though we receive a little schedule each night with turndown service, activities for guests were described well. We were able to take part in the kayaking activity but only after we heard about if from another guest. Maps in rooms may be an option.

The Infiniti pools were beautiful. The rooms are clean. The restaurant Dao was good. Food was hit and miss.
For the cost, this hotel is not worth it. The beach is nothing special. The shops are overpriced and lack appeal for most people (no tshirt shop, tequila tasting/souvenir shop, etc. Most activities were booked or unavailable during our stay.

The all inclusive package was very much worth it. The food was excellent and they have daily activities. All the staff was helpful and they took care of every detail. The views are amazing. I will return.

The property and location are lovely. It's also very clean.
I hated the aggressive time-share pitch. It happened right when we arrived, which was very off-putting. Also, I can't prove it, but I suspect that some cash was taken from our room. Finally, the food in the main restaurant is not very good at all.

We didn't do the all inclusive but breakfast was part of the package. It was a buffet and we sat overlooking the ocean every morning. The food on the property was average but the service was amazing!
We talked to many people who had bought a share or points. This seems to be a big thing there and there are even chairs by the pool that only certain people can sit at. Makes sense, but we spent a lot of money to spend a week there and it felt a little like a caste system in that respect.

A beautifully situated resort, with very impressive rooms and suites, all of which have wonderful views over the bay. The staff were very attentive and very kind. The kayak tour to Los Arcos with Emmanuel and (someone’s who’s name I forget but was also great) was especially nice. Also the poolside portobello burger was especially good.
For a gourmet experience that is “modern” the amount of vegan/plant based options was surprisingly low. Don’t get me wrong, much of the food we had was amazing, especially at Hiroshi where there were the most vegan options. But sometimes it felt like we were actively excluded, like at Noi where the only vegan thing was the green salad. I expect better for a resort like this.
