Very Poor
The proximity to the beach.
There were too many rules which people were not following however no one from the staff mentioned anything to people, the rooms were Ok. But there was some bed bugs as I have been bitten in multiple places. The staff was only paying attention to some guests, however to myself and my friend no one even asked even while we were at the restaurant. The Italian restaurant was very difficult to get reservation at and even when they had seats available they didn’t allow people to go be seated even when the main restaurant was full. The food was not good and did not have a lot of variety. Even the chilaquiles for breakfast were poorly prepared.

Food was fine, staff was excellent, especially Ines & Wendy.
I really needed WiFi in my Tower-12 room, not just in the ground public areas. It wasn’t convenient for me as handicapped to get to the property edge to smoke.

Initial room assigned was bad (no view or balcony) even though booking.com told us we had booked a room with balcony and garden view. The hotel told us we booked a superior room which didn't have a balcony. However they offered us a better room with balcony and ocean view for an extra 500 pesos/night. It was well worth it and we really enjoyed our stay in the better room. They staff were all so helpful and pleasant.
Nothing.

I liked that it was not too far from airport
The food could have been better. The alcohol was all cheap choices. The rooms were all basic. The entire stay was basic.

The location is is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, although little English is spoken. The mostly local guests were quiet and the kids were surprisingly well behaved. It's an acceptable hotel for middle-class Latin Americans, or for Americans, Canadians, and Europeans seeking a very cheap vacation.
The photographs make this hotel appear much nicer than it really is. The property is dated an poorly maintained. It might have been better 20 years ago. The guest rooms are sparse: one portrait on one wall and one light in the middle of the ceiling. The remote controls for the television and air conditioning are attached to the wall with short cables. The mattresses are hard foam. The shower needs at least 10 minutes to get hot water. The restaurant buffet is limited, with only a few choices. The food is entirely Mexican—i.e., real Mexican, not the Tex-Mex that foreigners know—and it is not particularly good by Mexican standards. The property has a large beach but only a few beach chairs, so one must arrive very early. One of the pools had noisy construction beginning at 8am, which made for a typical Third World travel experience. I was unable to check out without the "Towel Control Card" I had left in the room, so I had to go back to get it, and the staff was troubled by the fact that I had removed my pink wrist band after breakfast without their assistance.

Breakfast was great, the food was delicious, and the stuff was amazing, always with a smile, very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms the towels. I didn't get what a paid for.
I booked one bed room, they gave me two bed room.the first room they gave ne was discussing it smells discussing, I had to asked to be move.the second room was a little better, but for being in 2025, need to up date , was going to plane to go with my grandkids, but no the rooms are not pleasant the blankets, pillows nearer. The old towels need to be replaced. The hotel is in a good location close to everything. Tell the owners the rooms have to be up dated and remold, we're are 2025 not in 1800s.

Nothing. I found a nicer place and left early
It is geared for only Mexican families. Food was horrible. Very low end. Front desk didn’t speak English. I was the only American there.

The proximity to beach was great-all though the beach was not the best for young kids. The cleanliness was a great thing as well! Ocean view was great-sunset amazing!
The food and drinks were not very good quality. The buffet was very disorganized-which can be expected with so many guests but could be improved. Many kids were grabbing food with bare hands instead of using utensils-needless to say we didn’t eat there after seeing that.

The location was great, 8 minute walk to Malecon and 15 to Marina. Across the highway down a block is the best cafe called por favor amazing coffee and food. This resort has beautiful well manicured grounds throughout. The balcony off the room was nice and beautiful view out to the ocean.Room was clean and cleaning staff were always around to offer extra towels or help. It was a pleasant stay overall, you will not pay alot here and it is a 3 star..if you are not too high maintenance you will have a fair and enjoyable stay.
The buffet restaurant and snack bar had lots of food to choose from yet not very tasty at times No bottled beer and no glass outside the restaurants.Yet, I understand it's close to the pools so safety first.
Basically I made an omelette each morning to avoid the other dishes. So if you stick to a lovely custom omelette then breakfast was good.
Pools X3 but a bit cold which is common to Mexico but if the upper deck one was heated and adult only that would have been a bonus.
The Beach chairs are few in a small zone and very close. Yet, Just walk down the beach a little and bring a foldable chair or blanket and it's all great and the beach to the right seems not very busy.

Pleasant
Good choice of food in restaurant & well cooked although never hot. Excellent service from restaurant staff especially from Jesus (Chuy). Good quality beer on tap.
Paid for Superior room with balcony & garden view & got a room without balcony & view of the air conditioning plant.
Bedding was truly awful, worn out sheets, scratchy blanket & lumpy pillows. Bed comfy.
Stairwell litter wasn't swept up for 5 days.
Poolside tables always dirty
