Very Good
Lourdes was great at communicating and we appreciated that her son was there to greet us.
Good location near the airport, yet quiet.
Coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

I loved that they had a fully stocked kitchen I could use to make the food that I needed. I also liked how homey it felt and how warm and friendly the hosts were. And the beach was so close to watch the sunset!
I didn’t like that I couldn’t just scan my credit card. It has to be payed in wire transfer or cash.

I was NOT informed that I would have to pay cash for my stay when I booked. As I was just there to sleep before going to airport this was a major inconvenience having to run out and find a bank. And then I was charged $14 to withdraw money from ATM. Moreover I was told last minute that the owners had to leave exactly at 11:00 am and my luggage could not be stored in the house. At that point I had to run out and find something for breakfast and the only place that was close was a breakfast buffet for $45! Rush rush rush or the gates would be closed. It would have been nice if the owners told me this upon my arrival and not last minute.

Great location right near the airport and also within walking distance to banks and a grocery store. There is also a pool which is really nice after our day travel.
There was nothing not to like about the property but the only thing about the booking that was problematic for me is that it turned out that the credit card I entered on Booking.com was not acceptable and I had to either get Mexican pesos or do a bank transfer to pay for my room. I was not expecting this and found it stressful. I actually booked through Booking.com mainly in order to avoid this hassle the first night of my trip.

The owners were extremely helpful with information on surrounding restaurants, banks etc even offering us a ride to a nearby restaurant! We had access to filtered water to fill our water bottles and thus not having to buy plastic bottles of water. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we slept soundly. The bed was firm which we loved.
We would have appreciated some facecloths and hooks in the bathroom to hang our wet towels. But these are personal wants and not everyone will agree that these are essential. The throw cushions needed a refresh. Be aware that you need to pay with cash or Wise app. which we were not prepared for.
