Clean, updated rooms, and servicial staff.
Great seafood restaurant next to the beach.
They put us in a room that should clearly never be used to host any customers; there was something like a laundry service area under the room and vibration and noise coming from this area under the rooms was intense and annoying at unexpected times during the day or night.
Another disappointing detail was the fact that there’s a jacuzzi in the property but the people from the spa area ask you to pay for using it, this doesn’t make any sense; it should be stated clearly that this is not an area included in the prices.

Your staff were very nice, especially the guys working the beach area
I will not be returning because of one thing only, “the food”, we found it to not be that good. Kitchen area in Sunset restaurant was dirty on the glass and kitchen area. Food most times in the buffet was cold. Drinks always seemed watered down. Not good enough to come again!!

Clean facilities and great staff
Only thing was for food they have a dress code which is fine , but we would get turned away for example I a man was wearing a jersey no sleeve and they turned us back to change but yet certain kids that are old enough didn’t have shoes !? Little things I didn’t let it get to me but things like that I didn’t like and it was only 1 hostess that would do it but yet let other people slide

The location is excellent, and the people are very friendly.
The beds are extremely hard and hurt our backs so we did not sleep well. We had absolutely no water twice, once was in the middle of a shower.

Michele our server at the adult pool/bar was outstanding. All the staff was very welcoming. 10 minute walk to the Malecon. Sunset Restaurant great location and food. Hope to return someday!

The A/C Was not working we didn't notice until we got to the room at night time we try about 7 room until they found one that a/c working, STAFF FROM CHECK IN PATRICIA IS SO RUDE!!!

The food was the down side.We had to eat outside the hotel most of the time.the food quality wasn’t that good.and the options were limited.
