Location, roof top entertainment, staff was nice, wi-fi access.
The hotel in general is in extremely urgent need of a makeover. Paint, decorations, finishes and furnishings look that they haven't been renovated in ages, may even from last century. There are much better options close by in a similar price range.

Having a coffee and mini fridge in the room would have made a huge difference. Who wants to go searching for coffee while hungover?

The resort is old and falling apart ?️. The room doors were making noise all the time ??. The floor was super dirty, like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in years ?. The bathroom was in really bad shape ?❌; no water pressure, and the toilet was basically in the same space as the shower ?. Even the bedside tables were worn out and damaged.
The WiFi didn’t work at all ?❌. The pool area was also in poor condition and had no proper service ?♂️?.
The staff (especially reception) were rude ?. When I shared my concerns about what was happening in the city (which I understand is outside the hotel’s control), the response I got was “that’s not our responsibility either” in a very dismissive and disrespectful tone.
Overall, this is a terrible hotel; poorly maintained and with staff that clearly don’t know how to treat guests ?
❌ I do NOT recommend it at all.

The location was great, and the view was amazing.
The building is literally falling to pieces. My room had a missing tile that had fallen out. Paint all over the glass balcony. The balcony was dirty, the floor was dirty. There was a sad plant with nesting pidgeons on the balcony. There was paint splecks that had fallen from the ceiling.

The rooms are dirty and in a state of disrepair. The single towel in our room was stained beige/brown. The room was absolutely disgusting. The photos are not representative of the space in any way.

The rooftop shows they host every other night
The quality, the way the beach staff was very inattentive and lied about chair reservations to keep us hotel guest from sitting in the beach front section just so they could charge non hotel guest for those chairs. The beach staff was hungover.

The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location on the beach was great. The restaurant was decent.
Our room was dark and dingy. The floor was covered with sand even after cleaning. There was a half inch gap between the door and frame. People could see into my room if they wanted. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. The railing on the balcony was rusting through.
The entire facility clearly needs maintenance.
The hotel is very loud. At night there were 2 competing discos that didn’t end until early AM making sleeping difficult.
There was a problem one day with the charging system. I was unable to pay for our cocktails with my credit card. I then tried the ATM to pay cash, but that didn’t work either. I had to charge the bill to my room. I got a separate credit card charge, and when I was checking out they charged me again. I showed them my credit card bill and they didn’t care. I paid the duplicate bill knowing they ripped me off.
There were always hustlers in front of the hotel aggressively trying to sell drugs.
Instead of being a luxury resort, I stayed in a dirty party place.
It was once a nice place but has seriously gone downhill.
