Wonderful
Great location, just 2 min walk to La Quinta, on well lit street. The area felt very safe and we had a security guard at the gate of the condo building. The condo was way bigger than I imagined and we even had 2 bathrooms, which was perfect. The host met us as we arrived and showed us everything and was lovely. The pool area was gorgeous. It is also a 2 minutes walk from the "ADO Alternate" bus terminal (which have buses to Cancun and Tulum and other places, you just need to select the right terminal when booking your ticket). I would stay there again!

The staff is absolutely the best! Location is awesome as well, just a couple of blocks away from great restaurants, stores and the marina.
We didn’t know but we were there during carnival so it was a little noisy.

Very spacious rooms. Limited cutlery and plates but for the kids and us that was OK. The pool was amazing. Very good communication during the stay.
We asked them for a taxi service that provided kids seats and they helped us find one.
If there were kids or families in the pool until late you could hear it very well until the bedrooms.
We arrived after 6pm thinking our apartment would be ready but we had to wait 10mins until is was done. Not ideal after a 10 hour flight with a baby and a toddler.

The pool with the great landscaping was the highlight of our stay. The pool backs onto a busy street so it can be noisy when one is trying to relax. The condo could use some updates especially the bathrooms. TV in both bedrooms would have been nice. Wi-Fi didn't reach the bedrooms. English TV would have been nice. Mauricio the concierge was attentive to our needs and the location was quite central to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores.

The house was big and clean.
At first the color of the water was brown, but later it was fine.
I requested that the fee be paid in cash. It would have been nice to have been notified in advance, but it's a shame. Fortunately, I was able to pay by bank transfer without any additional fees.

The suite was very spacious, nicely decorated, bright and comfortable. Everything was clean and we had lots of linen and towels. We are a family of 8 and it was a great fit for us. I would recommend this suite to anyone wanting to stay in Playa del Carmen. Very central location, walking distance to everything. And the host, Mauricio, was the absolute best! He answered all of our questions super fast and was very helpful with an easy check-in and check-out.
Would be nice to pay with credit card. The pool area is a little small, but since you are in Playa del Carmen, you spend most of your days out at the beach or shops anyway.

Loved the location! It was close to so many restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and the beach! Mauricio, our concierge, was very attentive and quick to respond as well! We were very pleased with everything!
One of the shower heads didn’t spray nicely, but it wasn’t too much of a big deal to us.

What I liked about this hotel was the smooth communication with both the host and the assigned concierge. The location was very central, close to tourist spots and restaurants, yet quiet and within walking distance to 5th Avenue. The rooms were spacious, making it ideal for a large group of men. We also felt safe, as there was a 24/7 gate guard on site.

Clean, great location walking distance to the beach and 5th Avenue and besides some traffic noise it was quiet. We were there during the weekend though and next to the building is a school, so not sure how quiet it is during weekdays.
Nice host, good communication and the free parking is a plus. The penthouse is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need.

Loved the penthouse condo, especially for a large group of girls. We all had our own bed. We appreciated the fact that water refills were available to us. Both hot & cold. We had enough toilet paper & Scott towels for 6 days!
Location was amazing ! & we felt very safe having a gated complex with 24/7 security.
Alejandra was always available for our questions & cleaning services were available for us if needed. Definitely coming back !
