We didn’t have a problem with anything and enjoyed our stay here. The kitchenette was very useful, balcony and space was good.
The pool was small more like a jacuzzi but it’s ok we didn’t go there for that. The baby playpen was about to fall appart but all that matters is that baby slept well!

Omg I’m speechless with this hotel best in the area! Literally is a perfect location! I had such an amazing time here I slept like a baby!!! Very clean, nice bathroom, nice room, also very friendly staff! PERFECT!

Everyrhing was great!!!!... Very good location, excellent price and very awesome staff!!, two convenient stores galf a block from the hotel, Walmart within walking distance, great wings restaurant near by.

The size of the room. Location. Staff.
The first room had an unpleasant odour, so they promptly changed me to another room. However the new room had an air conditioner that leaked water so I had to use the waste bin. Also the room did not have a good view so did not use the balcony. For the price it was good value however they need to address their odours in the room and AC issues.

Location is perfect. You don’t need to use taxi for any location its already so close to you. Also room is big and fresh. Would stay in here again definitely.
There were no tissues, water, extra towels and enough bath kits in the room. I had to buy them from 7/11 which is so close to the hotel.

Great location if you want to be in the busy area of PDC. Front desk staff were friendly and let me stash my bags after checkout. AC was good and room was spacious. The overall noise from the street wasn’t bad during sleeping hours.
The construction noise next door was very intrusive and stressful. It doesn’t start until 8 AM but it goes all day until about 6 PM. I know it’s probably out of their control, but I had pieces of concrete falling down onto my balcony, so it was unusable during the day. When I asked for more coffee they said no and they only give one day worth of coffee. They don’t give you any drinking water in the fridge or at reception. They make the wifi hard to use by providing a QR code you have to scan at the front desk, but it will kick you off so you have to do it again and again. The pool hours are 9 AM to 9 PM, so only usable for 3 hours since the construction makes it feel unsafe up there. The outlets were annoying to use and need an update.

Spacious apartment with small kitchen, fridge, all the utensils and a coffee machine. The location is excellent, just few steps from Quinta Avenida and only a few minutes walk to the nearest beach. The staff were very friendly, they arranged airport round trip for us and everything went smoothly. High recommendation for Suites Corazon!

The bed was comfortable, most staff were very friendly
Super noisy. On the first floor you can hear everything outside the door, and staff were loud very early AM (woke up multiple times from staff FaceTiming at 5am). Construction also happening next door.

the location and the stuff were good
the hotel photo in booking showed there is an adjucent building under construction. in the room order we have asked to get a room on the other side. we got the worst possible room and there was no way to change (4 nights). the construction work started at 8AM. the room had a moldy smell. One day our room was not cleaned. we had to remind them every day to supply 1 bag of coffee to the machine

Very Poor
The location was the only good thing for us.
There is a construction site next to and opposite the building and the noise of it is nonstop and maddening. There is no possibility to rest here as the street is also extremely noisy. I am glad our stay was only 2 days, otherwise I would have to change even if we had paid before. The room was also very stuffy, if you dont like bad smell, no way. This is my worst stay in all Mexico.

The room and the bathroom have a great size! The staff is very friendly and attentive!
The wifi is not good. She shower takes long to harm up and the water pressure needs to be checked.

The shower stall had mold and could do with only a little more detailed cleaning.
