Great location, small boutique hotel but large rooms, views of 5th ave available. Clean well maintained hotel, good breakfast offered daily for extra.
Staff are great, can speak English, easy to talk to, all staff go over and beyond to make your stay great. We will be back in February 2026

The location of hotel is close to restaurants noise is minimal, your right on 5th avenue you have to expect some noise.

Clean hotel, adult only very intimate only 22 rooms, breakfast is excellent with several options. Staff are very kind and helpful
Love the location close to good restaurants and an Oxxo store. We’ve stayed here 3 times and will be back again in February 2026

The hotel was clean and bed comfy. It was in a good location. The shower had hot water but you had to let it run for a couple minutes. No ice in machine is my only complaint

Excellent location. They offer breakfast now 5 options. Food and service was excellent!
All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We spent two years in a row at this hotel and definitely be back next year for longer. The hotel is small, quite very well maintained. The room we had was spacious, and always clean. The hotel has to be proud of their staff and services they provide.

Central location, it is really easy to reach the beaches and explore the many great restaurants in the area. The included breakfast, though simple and minimal, gets the job done. The bed was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness overall was good, which added to a pleasant stay.
This hotel might not be ideal for light sleepers, as its location on the main street means there’s a lot of nighttime noise (though it didn’t bother us). The property feels a bit dated, with certain details in need of updating or modernization.
The reception experience was underwhelming—staff were polite but distant, offering minimal explanations of the services. We only discovered on our last evening that there were bicycles available for guests. Communication was also a challenge, as the staff didn’t seem fluent in languages other than Spanish.
Additional improvements could include softer bedside lighting, as the current setup felt too harsh. We also noticed stains on the towels, something one wouldn’t expect from a 4-star establishment. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was completely unusable on the third floor, forcing us to rely on mobile data throughout our stay.
While our experience had its highlights, a few adjustments could significantly elevate the guest experience.

Location was perfect for us. A few steps from everything! The rooftop pool was warm and with great views day or night. Modern and clean room with comfy bed. Windows partially open. Nice, accommodating staff. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again when in Playa.
Noise: Do not stay at ANY hotel on 5ta Avenida if you're a light sleeper. Facilities: there was an issue with the A/C shutting off at about 3 am, only to turn on a few hours later. Thankfully there was a very powerful ceiling fan right over the bed. Windows need to be cleaned. There's a separate area for the toilet but the door is almost clear glass . Breakfast: Do not prepay for breakfast. There's many places to pick from with comparable prices.

No hot water and they never clean the room in a 4 night stay, at night there is a lot of noise because there is a bar next to the hotel.
