The property was spacious and super comfortable and clean, I also loved swimming pool area. Kitchen had all we needed, two large bedrooms with twin beds in the second one and rooftop patio was amazing
Apparently, there are two buildings and our apartment 305 was in the building on str5 with all the restaurants and noise. The restaurant under our windows had live music every night and it was extremely loud. I had a feeling the musicians were playing just at my bedroom, absolutely no noise isolation in the apartment. So, for family with kids is a NO. They have other suites facing pool or other side, I am sure it helps with the problem. Earplugs should be provided (I always travel with mine, and of course they helped to reduce only 50% of sound) .

Right next to the 5th Ave walking area. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you would need. The pool area was nice for a little relaxation. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
At night you could hear the live music until 2am, but that’s to be expected if you’re that close to 5th Ave.

The location is close to 5th Avenue. Plenty of entertainment, restaurants and beach is 2 blocks away.
The beds were very hard. The cleaning service was every 2 days, it would've been nice to get at least the trash taken out at least. Especially with a family sized condo with a kitchen.

The location was ideal and close to everything, only a 5 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. I also liked the private parking and security of the building, although I never felt unsafe in Playa Del Carmen. The best part were Maria and Sylvia, they kept the place spotless while we were there and made beautiful towel animals for us.
Not asking for scissors sooner.

Close to la quinta avenida
Place was under construction therefore there was a lot of noise. Couldn’t sleep. There was cockroaches. Old tv, dirty pool.

The property was very close to 5th Ave a very nice and popular location. Many restaurants and stores that you could easily walk to. We walked there every night.

Wonderful
Beautiful jungle vibes and there’s animals that are actually running around through the jungle which I thought was great. It’s definitely relaxing. Place was kept clean.
I got the bungalow and from the pictures it looks a lot bigger because it doesn’t specify that the pictures are of multiple rooms. So my room seemed to have more dated furniture than what I was expecting. And not
I also thought the front staff of hotel could have been a little more welcoming. They were not very prone to hellos or goodbyes.
