Very Poor
We are used to noisy hotels and hostels, but the room we got was on the ground floor. By 23:00 the entire room was shaking from bass noises and we were not able to sleep. Unfortunately, the reception stops working at 22:00 and there isn’t a way to reach anyone from the hotel so we had to transfer hotels at midnight.
We got a response from the hotel in the morning letting us transfer to a quiet room (meaning is was known the room is extra loud but we were not informed in advance), but it was too late.
The hotel would not refund us.

Stay was amazing, staff was extra helpful and the manager made sure everything went smooth for our check out. They kept our bags for the day and after they let us use their facilities to get ready to travel.

Luxurious room. Excellent bed, bathroom, shower, etc. Powerful A/C. Nice courtyard and shaded rooftop sitting area. With a good discount from booking last-minute, this was a fantastic value/luxury stay.
Wifi was a little slow, but was functional.
The breakfast is simple, but did the job.
There is a dance club somewhere in the vicinity and the low-frequencies of the dance music were quite noticable until past midnight. The air conditioner is powerful but a bit loud and I was unable to turn down the fan speed. Still, I slept fine.

The hotel is right next to multiple extremely loud nightclubs that play music until 2:30am everyday, so loud that it vibrates inside the room.

Very good location with big rooms and nice staff.
Veru loud music coming from the bar next street until late at night. Was no running water for 2 hours because they were fixing some pipes.

The rooms were clean and location to beach
Unfortunatly there are two very loud night clubs direct opposite the hotel that continuous until 3 am every night!! This made It imposible to have a good nights sleep, so be aware!
Windows are locked and they're not sound proof at all.

The facilities are good, room really spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the room was so loud my bed was vibrating, due to a karaoke bar dead opposite hotel. I didn't get any sleep at all, and after a long journey it's what I needed. Such a shame as hotel itself is nice and close to everything.

The room was ready when we arrived at 11am and we were allowed to check in, which was amazing. The room was large and spacious with a cooker, fridge, freezer etc and we even had two toilets and two showers. The tv was a smart TV with Netflix. The rooftop was lovely with a pool and hammocks.
The club opposite played very loud music until 3am, however the location is right in town. The breakfast was just toast and cake, which was quite basic but did the job!

Service was exceptional, staff is always willing to help and answer any question at any time, beds were real comfortable, lots of appliances like microwave, coffee machine in room, eco friendly, bath tub with everything necessary for a bubble bath.
Mirror was broken inside, so it had spots that did not allow to see one's reflection, breakfast was always the same and not nutritional enough to start the day.

Pleasant
Lovely rooftop pool, nice and friendly staff and the communal breakfast is a really lovely touch. Pamela went above and beyond to recommend great places to eat and drink and our room was well equipped and very big.
Unfortunately there are 3 very noisy bars across the road from the hotel that pumps music out and has live singing until the small hours. Our room was located on the ground floor so I think we had the worst of it. Nothing that some ear plugs didn't fix but it did slightly ruin the oasis vibe they've created here.
