place was very clean, and they allowed us to store our luggage till check in time. friendly staff, especially antonio. the pool was cute, and over all it was a quite and clean place to stay. The security gate was also a plus.

Soriana grocery 5 min away, beaches 15 min by foot, everything clean, downstairs is drinking water container, kitchen+ TV ... perfect .. We had our flight in the afternoon, thank you for letting us stay in the complex until then

First room we checked into had black mold under the kitchen sink. We had a hard time breathing and wanted to leave. The gentleman that was assisting us via Whatsapp was kind enough to promptly switch us rooms.
The water pressure is awful. Taking a shower and washing the dishes was challenging.
We booked for 5 ppl but only had 2 bath towels.
Floors were very dirty. Our feet were black from walking around in the room.
Kitchen was tiny with very limited counter space making it challenging to cook in.
The tiny pool had murky water. My kids couldn't swim in it because it wasn't sanitary.
If you have children and a room on the top floor be careful because the railings have very wide gaps where a child can easily fall through. This is situated on the balcony and also the hallway leading to the room.
There's a sofa bed in the room which is great but there was no additional pillow. Had to use my child's teddy bear as a pillow.
I contacted the gentleman that was helping us during our stay asking if there was luggage service where we could leave our luggage and never got a response back. He helped us move rooms on the first day but no words from him the next day.

The pool, and common area (with free water and make-your-own coffee) on the main level were nice to have. Unfortunately common area was loud and patrons left their garbage/cigarette butts from partying a few nights (this will vary based on who is staying). Close to multiple grocery stores, and some good restaurants!
The shower had hot, hot water which was nice.
The room (unit 4) was acceptable, but ultimately things were run down. I let the host know that the room was pretty dirty with crumbs and hairs, the light was out, the leaking propane tank made the whole room stink and the propane alarm was broken and stashed away, the fridge had a broken shelf, and the taps all leaked. I was told things would be dealt with (but they were likely like that for a loooong time). Other things: fridge cooling knob was (purposely?) gone and we couldn't adjust the temp so we couldn't freeze things, toilet handle sticks and constantly flushes, and I love firm beds, but that king bed was way too firm to be comfortable! Overall, this place was fine for what it was, and was affordable compared to other accommodations in PDC, but in general I'd say avoid PDC and go somewhere else. A dumpy town made for American tourists.

It was a nice one week stay, Antonio was very nice and helpful. Self check-in, spacious and generally clean apartment, comfortable beds, hot water, private terrace, great location - near to everything but not very close to noisy streets, roof top terrace, there was coffee, water, salt and oil for us to use which was very nice... Just a few little things that could be improved mentioned above.
The toilet seat does not fit the toilet so be careful, you could easily harm yourself. Due to the type of construction of the building you could hear every single noise people around you make, but we were lucky to share the house with kind people. There were some stains on the bed sheets and towels which does not feel good.
