The entertainment was really great! It was nice having the sunset resort to go to as well.
Not all of the restaurants being open every day. Unable to eat at restaurants without reservations, but there was no way to make a reservation in advance.

My man Israel at the concierge desk was truly amazing! Javier the busboy crushed it so hard and Pamela in the gift shop made my experience one of a kind. Amazing service from everyone of the staff members! I was only there two days, but the staff would always call me out by name when I walked by. I've never felt so welcomed at a resort as I felt here. They bent over backwards to make sure me and all the other guests were happy. Even the first aid attendant who helped wrap up my foot after cutting it on a rock in the ocean was amazing, very professional. I loved this resort and will be coming back very soon! I highly recommend anyone to check this place out!
The restaurants and daily buffet were good, but not great. That's my only criticism, the rest of the resort was amazing. The amazing staff makes up for the restaurants short comings.

No one told us about the incredible terrible odor from the weeds that have collected on the beach.
Very disappointed that booking.com did not inform us about the terrible beach condition. We were not able to go into the water at all.

I really liked the entertainment team — they were energetic, friendly, and professional. The Pilates and yoga instructor was clearly a highly trained professional, and the classes were well-structured and enjoyable. The nightly shows were excellent and well produced, providing great evening entertainment. I was also very impressed with the food quality across all the restaurants; every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and consistently delicious.
Some of the sports activities were not available as expected. For example, paddling was cancelled multiple times due to pool cleaning and maintenance, and although it was promised for the next day on several occasions, it never took place. Additionally, there were not enough sun loungers around the pool. Many were reserved early in the morning and left unused until the afternoon, making it difficult to find available seating. The Wi-Fi and internet connection were also slow and not consistently available throughout the resort.

The plastic lounge furniture you had on the patios were hard as a rock and hurt my back. They are not comfortable at all. you should use the type that is our on the main pool.

The property is smaller and on the quiet side.
I went earlier in the year and didn’t realize how different the experience would be during off-season. There were about half the staff, the food quality was subpar and only a couple restaurants were available to us.
