Pleasant
I like the fact that the property is small and not crowded. The bar is next to the beach and well staffed. Very attentive and friendly. The lunches are good. The portions are large enough to share.
The food in the main dining hall is not good. The breakfast is ok but the dinner’s leave a lot to be desired.

Disappointing
The breakfast was great, the guy who did the check in was kind and also great.
Unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations in several important areas. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the service from the serving staff was inconsistent. While some waiters were genuinely kind and attentive, others were rude or inattentive. I often had to ask repeatedly for basic items like cutlery, and it frequently felt as though the focus was more on tips or paying for extras than on providing good service.
When I checked into my room, there was a used towel left behind and sand on the floor, which raised concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned. I also booked two massages during my stay: the first one was okay, but the second was not good at all, and I am unfortunately leaving with back pain, which is deeply disappointing.
I also found the “free yoga” offering to be misleading, as it was only available once and very early in the morning. Overall, much of the experience felt centered on encouraging additional spending rather than creating a genuinely relaxing environment where I would want to spend more because everything was exceptional.
On a positive note, the breakfast was very good. However, dinner on my first night was not enjoyable, which led me to skip dinner at the restaurant for the remainder of my stay; the food at the bar was noticeably better. The highlight of my experience was the person who checked me in, who was kind and welcoming, as well as a few of the bar staff who provided great service. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay left much to be desired, and the combination of an uncomfortable bed and a poor massage significantly affected my overall experience.

This was out first weekend away at the beach with our six months old baby and it was a great experience! The property is beautiful and well cared for, it has great vibes of a cozy beach oasis rather than a mega resort. The staff is lovely, the views are beautiful, the food is good!

Absolutely gorgeous, sweet spot, so relaxed and wonderful. We would have stayed another night if we could. The staff…literally everyone…was amazing.
I think a little more transparency about what the food situation is would be really helpful for people who were staying there longer. The beach club restaurant and bar is really expensive and you have a fixed menu for dinner, so it’s important to know that going in. We were only staying for one night so it wasn’t a big deal. Also, it’s a really family friendly place (not a bad thing!!!) but just know that if you’re looking for an adults only experience.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Edgar, Victor, Edson, Leo, Jaime, and the waitresses were fantastic. Rooms were well kept and property was very clean. The free yoga is such an amazing amenity. Tigre (the cat) is an extra bonus that I loved. Favorites: Yoga, Temazcal, Tigre, Staff, Live Music :)
Food and drinks were ok. Breakfast was very basic and I wish there was a condiments area for easy access to hot sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper, etc. Transportation costs per person does not make sense. It should be a standard price and lower to go to and from airport because it is only 40 minutes away. Lastly, it would be nice to have a weekly schedule or itinerary available for guest to know when events are happening and a sign up board so we can all see how many people are going to them.

Very beautiful if you want to feel that Mexican wild vibe, combined with comfort and avoid Tulum insecurity at the same time.
I was traveling with my three-year-old son, we enjoyed just playing in the sand and on the beach all the time. The property was very safe, kids could walk around and even staff would keep an eye on them. Food was good, we had everything we needed..
Cleaning team worked perfect. Our bungalow was cleaned every day, which is really appreciated due to amount of sand on the property.
Amazing yoga studio in a little jungles in the morning.
Very friendly and caring staff .
Too many mosquitoes, some kids in including my son God reaction on those bites. Had some poisoned flowers on the property. But you just have to be prepared you are in tropics.)))
But nothing really scary or very dangerous.
The only thing that was really concerning is fighting mosquitoes all the time

Room is outdated. Beach has a lot of stones that makes swimming pretty hard and it was recommended to use the beach connected to the different hotel (3 min walk) but still a bit inconvenient

Great boutique hotel. Food and drinks were good. We were there during a down time, so it was not too crowded. Service was great.
It sits right next to a mangrove area and the only place you can escape the mosquitoes is by the beach or your room. Take bug spray. We brought some vanilla based natural stuff and it worked decent.

The outside facility and the location are truly amazing. We loved the sunrise coffee and tea option which was very nice
Rooms were very basic in general but still clean.
Our fridge made a lot of noise, we asked to fix it 3 times and this was never done, which was a shame. Additionally breakfast is very basic

Amazing hotel, with great facilities, beautiful view and very relaxing vibe. We loved the pools and nice beach. We loved the great cocktails, especially during happy hour and nice discussions with bartenders. We have a great time there and would come back!

Really lovely spot. We came after a couple days at a luxury all-inclusive resort and were so relived to come here. Quiet, no crowds, lovely bungalows! Stayed with young kids and elderly parents and everyone had an amazing time. Plenty of chairs at the beach, very comfy chairs. Wonderful massages and very reasonably prized. Would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway and don’t need all the entertainment at the big resorts. Our kids (6 and 8) preferred this over slides and kids-clubs. Many European families (like us) so it was nice to be with likeminded people who were looking for the same (relaxing) experience.
The staff was not the friendliest. We’re not used to big tipping in Europe (but still did) and felt they were not too keen to provide amazing service in the restaurants. Prices of the lunch was quite high.
