Wonderful
Location was quiet, very secure with security on 24/7. Laundry facilities on top floor- many machines- no charge to use. Went home with CLEAN laundry!! Appreciated water bottles & jug on arrival.
Elevator was broken for several days, but security was there to help with bags, so not a big deal.

Excellent staying in Playa del Carmen. Very close to 5th Avenue, restaurants and boutiques. Clean and comfortable apartments with great facilities, rooftop terrace, swimming pool and barbecue.

Extremely hard bed, virtually impossible to sleep, they put down an extra duvet in bed under sheet but it was the hardest bed!!!!

very easy to check into apartment. always a door guard at the main desk. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.
it was loud in apartment as main street was right outside and windows were single pane, with trucks going by it felt like they were in the bed with me. No dedicated work area, there was a kitchen table but it was far away from outlets so hard to use a laptop. I had no power for long stretches of 2 days, not the fault of the landlord but other buildings next door had power. Over one full night which made it hard to sleep without ceiling fan or AC, and during one full daytime which made it impossible to use Wifi or TV. Also when power is out no water, no toilet, no shower. Had food ruined in the freezer. Overall unpleasant experience to be without power for such a long stretch of time

The place looked just like the pictures! It was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. One of us took some work meetings one day and had no issues the wifi. The location was in a nice quiet area, about a 15 min walk to the main area of Playa Del Carmen. The staff was very nice, there was always someone at the front desk, and we had no issues storing our luggage before and after our stay.
The host didn't provide the code for the key lockbox initially, probably by accident. I had to ask the person at the front desk to help, who then had to call the host to let me speak to them, but it was resolved quickly. Also, another thing to note as that the people at the front desk only spoke Spanish, but it was not an issue as I was able to communicate what I needed and used a translator app when necessary.

Promised 2 free water bottles at check-in. There was none. Place was not as clean as I liked, and there was absolutely no hot water so we showered with cold water. We had a ground floor unit and it was loud from hallway side and especially the outside street. We could hear cars and dogs all night.

- The location, close to the beach but away from the 5th
- the rooftop was also amazing
- After booking here, they pushed us to sign (digitally) an additional contract and also asking for an deposit. This felt like a scam. As far as I know also against the regulations of this platform. After some back and forth they finally they agreed we did not have to do this.
- The communication wasn’t great. Lots of automated messages and no response to my messages. Had to send an additional message for them to look beyond their own (auto) messages in the chat.
- Our bathroom window overlooked the balcony of the office, and the staff is smoking weed there which was a bit odd.
- the terrace is an indoor terrace therefore lack of privacy.

Newer clean building.Easy to find. Pedro was a nice guy. Swimming pool was great. Jonathan was overworked and not easily available. Nice entry/exit system to the room without needing keys.
Steam Room as advertised was not working. This is inexcusable. I asked via email beforehand and never received a response. No concession was made for this. The beds were very hard. No housecleaning provided. Rarely was anyone at the front desk. Not a good place for short-term rentals.

The property was super clean, the pool and gym facilities were well maintained and the location is perfect for accessing the centre. The landlord responded quickly to our questions and was super helpful.
The Netflix account was a bit of a faff to set up. We would advise an oven glove for the mini oven and unfortunately the lift was out of order at the time of our visit.
