The rooms are kinda echoey, can hear people outside talking in hallway/other rooms

Good location. Not far from La Quinta Avenida but in a quiet area with enough eating options around the place.
No atmosphere and no interaction with anyone after check in.

Nice location with an awesome pool. It is not far from anything and everything within walking distance.
Their key-system is really weird. at first, we only got one key which was attached to a bracelet which is not removable. Only after asking, we got another one. The room was a bit dark.

Wonderful
nice, clean and well-maintained property. When I spend an overnight stay in Playa del Carmen while in transit from Cancun to Cozumel, I try to find a low-priced hotel near the ADO terminal and Ferry. Sometimes these types of accommodations are very "Basic" This hotel met my requirements and exceeded my expectations for comfort and value for money

the places is super comfortable
they sold me a buffete but the restaurant they sent me to was horrible, the staff there was rude to me and they treathed me as if i was begging for food.

the bed was great, as was the shower and the staff. the air conditioning worked well also.
the WiFi was constantly going in and out. It was also impossible for anyone to close their door without making quite a bit of noise.

Although I made the resarvation and paid all the mony at booking.com, the receptionist told me that there are no available room. They told us that we can stay another hotel that they work together. that hotel had lower ratings. In fact we made reservation with two seperqte beds but the receptionist told us that they can only offer a double bed. as a result, I dont recommend this hotel.
