The perfect stay in PDC. We had a very short stay in PDC but our accommodation was perfect. Check in checkout were very smooth. The staff are friendly and had great communication. The room was spacious and we had everything we need. The water for the shower was hot and had great pressure. We had no problem finding restaurants.

Nothing fancy but very good value for money - basic room with everything you need, great internet access and fantastic location (easy to walk into town, close to restaurants and to the city center.
The room we got (no.5) was a bit old and could use some upgrades (in the AC, ventilator, bathroom).

The location was easy to get to 5th avenue or the beach, restaurants, etc.
The room had a mildew smell the first night. By the second night, it wasn't real noticeable.

The location of the property and proximity to La Quinta (5th Street) and 38th Street was great. It was walking distance to the main strip and the beach at 38. Diego was there to meet us at the gate. He was very helpful.

The hot water and tea and coffee making facilities are very welcome, as is the fridge in the room. It's near shops, places to eat and money exchanges, yet in a nice quiet street. The courtyard with seating is great, the room clean and tidy, it has everything you need and a friendly owner and staff. You can also walk down to Av. 5 and the beach.

The room was very spacious with a mini fridge and kettle, a big closet area for belongings, AC plus a fan, The shower was always hot with great pressure.

Nice and welcoming owner that even gave us a ride from the bus station on arrival. Got a free room upgrade due to availability. Overall good place to stay. Close to supermarket and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We extended our stay for several days.
The shower dripped a bit.

Everything was great. The Location, staff, facilities. The hotel is close to supermarkets, places to eat and the beach is a 20 minute walk. Diego was very polite and friendly, he met me and advised about where I can eat, how to get to the nearest beach etc., even drew a map for my convenience. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great location: a 5-minute walk downtown, 10 minutes to the closest beach.
A/C, ventilator, bathroom, large comfortable bed. Small fridge, good wifi. Excellent communication with the host, super friendly and let me check in early since I arrived early.
Place good do with an update, maybe some fresh paint, bigger curtains. It wasn't something that bothered me, merely a suggestion.

Location is a little out from the central pedestrian strip but very close to a nice area with leafy cafes by the beach. We came here after staying somewhere else in Playa beforehand, we would have found this location quite out of the way when we first arrived (a long walk from the ADO station) but it was nice place to be once we had got our bearings. Its closer to the stretches of beach we preferred. The room was well equipped and feels safe, some elements are a little worn (for eg. broken shower doorhandle) but overall a welcoming comfortable space. A/C, shower pressure etc. all in good working order.
