Poor
I liked the comfortable beds.
I was upset that the hotel and booking did not communicate. Hotel tried to charge me double. Also upon checking in there were ants on the counter, on the 3rd floor. Between waiting 30 minutes to check in, the confusion and dispute about paying twice and the fact the hotel has no sign and front is dark and hidden made this a property I would skip.

I loved the location, the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff, rooftop pool and the price. I also felt very safe walking around at night. It’s close to some of my favorites spots in Playa. Coco bongo is literally kiddie corner. Bovinos steakhouse is across the street. Ilios is a must visit spot to eat and for excellent drinks and vibes. I went there 4 nights in a row. The area is also very quiet.
Only thing I didn’t like was that the rooftop bar was not open. It appeared to have been completely gutted so I’m assuming they will not rebuild it.

Location! Cost effective. Clean. Spacious. Air conditioning. Comfortable.
My shower door did not close all the way. The shower water would pool by my feet.
The noise from Coco Bongo was loud at night. Bring ear plugs.
The pool deck area needed updates/ repairs. There were rips in the lounge chairs. The bar area looked like it had been unused in quite some time.

Disappointing
Rooms are spacious and clean with good design. However, it lacked simple things like an iron board or wifi instructions
NOISY!! While some reviews did say that it was not noisy, our room definitely was, even though we asked for a quiet room.

The communication with the front desk is very efficient. Jackie went above and beyond for me as there was a mix up in dates and she fixed the issue immediately and without question. She was wonderful !
The location is off 5th which is great because it's removed a bit from the the hustle and bustle .
I was there for a quick overnight as I was up early the next day for the airport but the room was spacious , clean and a comfy bed.

The hotel is at a great location, just 2 min walking from the 5th Avenue, still well protected from the noise. The room is huge and very nicely decorated. You have everything you need in the room: iron and iron board, hair dryer, bathrope, etc.
The rooms indeed look like it is a 4* hotel.
The only thing I didnt like is that the staff is at the hotel only 9h-17h and there is a digital key if you arrive later. That gave me a sense of lack of security and I would feel much more comfortable if there was staff onsite 00-24.
Also, I was present when a couple arrived, after 17h, and they had problems with the digital key. They were trying to call the contact number but nobody was picking up.
That's not nice.

The location and the design of the room was nice.
Unfortunately the communication with the staff was very bad. We have received dirty towels on the first night and immediately contacted the number (we have never seen anyone in the reception). We were guaranteed the towels will be changed, however they’re not. We have asked for it 3 times, each time acknowledged and gyanteed the change, however it was not done.

I liked that property is quite new, it has big bed, bathroom, TV, internet and balcony. Located few minutes walk from the main street, very good location.
The smell in hotel and in the room. All the time hotel had a smell of sewerage.

The hotel is new, modern clean, central and with all comforts but the added values are the girls at the reception who are super kind and helpful. A special thank to Jackie to her help, she pays a lot of attention to the guests and she provided us with a lot of advices.
All fine, the only small advice is to extend the opening time of the reception because some people may not understand that modern system of the self check in and keys, even if super easy.

They need to give proper keys and not rely on digital keys. I had to wait for more than 45 min outside in dark as system was down. there is no reception after 5 pm !! this is outrageous
