The condo was spacious and clean and very comfortable. We had two bedrooms with beautiful living/dining room and a balcony with a hammock! The beds were very comfortable, the pool was beautiful and clean. And the beach was just gorgeous! They put up umbrellas and beach chairs for you on request. You can’t go wrong staying here:-)
There was no facial tissue box anywhere. Extra towels would’ve been good to have since we were four people. But these are minor things, the property was beautiful and perfect for a break. One thing to remember is this property is out of the way from any grocery store or a restaurant. You have to take a taxi to get anywhere. Keep that in mind if you don’t have a car.

Location is beautiful, easy to find acces to the beach is wonderful and the pool is really nice, spacious apartment and easy acces to playa del Carmen downtown from there.
The refrigerator was not working, we were told was going to be fixed next day but never got fix during our 5 day stay.

The pool was the best. Also, nice and spacious rooms.
The main thing that was a disappointment was the water pressure in the showers. The water basically trickled out.

By the beach, good food at the restaurants, 10 minutes by car from the center
Not luxury at all. Our unit was very old, mattress broken on one bed. All pots and pans very old. My daughter was sitting on the deck and pieces of concrete fell from a post upstairs. Her toe was injured, we were very shaken up. It could have been worse. The concrete pieces even made holes in the deck

The overall experience was satisfactory. The apartment has comfortable furniture, a delightful balcony, and well-equipped kitchen. The condo complex itself is a safe and serene environment, offering a peaceful atmosphere conducive to relaxation.
One of the highlights of the stay was undoubtedly the impressive swimming pool. It exceeded our expectations in every aspect – from its thoughtful design to its impeccable cleanliness. The pool's ample size made it perfect for both leisurely swims and activities, and it particularly appealed to families with children.
There were a couple of notable drawbacks that impacted our overall experience:
- Firstly, we found the tap water supply to be inadequate. The water pressure was consistently low, and there were instances when we experienced complete water shortages, particularly inconvenient after returning from the beach. It was frustrating to encounter situations where flushing the toilet resulted in a loss of water supply elsewhere in the apartment.
- Secondly, we were disappointed by the lack of support from the hosts when we encountered issues. When we reached out for assistance in arranging the delivery of drinking water to the apartment, we received a dismissive response suggesting we purchase water from stores outside the complex – thank you Captain Obvious. Similarly, after expressing concerns about the tap water quality, we were assured that a maintenance visit would be arranged to investigate the issue. However, despite this assurance, no one followed up or attended to address the problem.

Beautiful unit and grounds. Great balcony. Beautiful beach. Wish beach and pool were non-smoking or had non-smoking areas.
Bike had flat tire. Market was out of bananas. Grill service was not good. We sat down right a 1 when they opened and about six other families that sat down several minutes later all were served before us and then kitchen was backed up, so lunch took almost 2 hours. Next time would order delivery.

The pool is wonderful. You can bring your own pool toys and floats and enjoy the wonderful pool area. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it! There were plenty beach beds, sun umbrellas and 2 great restaurants on each side of the pool for a snack, a meal or any drink you desire!
It is a bit secluded and commuting to anywhere does require taxi ride. You can easily book these with the help of the front gate, but it took us a while to figure that out.
