Very Good
Location is great and room was big and clean. Only steps to the beach and rooftop pool was nice. Everything wan clean and taken care of. Well worth the price. Staff was nice but hard to communicate with due to language barrier.
Clean and spacious the water was hot and the proximity to the beach was good. Price was excellent for what you got.

The staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast crew. Very close to the beach and so central.
One person on the reception couldn't speak english. The Wifi didn't work. A window was broken in the room so we've heard the noises outside (disadvantage of the very central and close to the beach location)

Location is good, but you won’t get much sleep cause of the noise from the club downstairs. Good if you want to oarty all night. Close to the beach. Breakfast was really good, I think they changed their breakfast was a la carte you ask what you want and they make it for you and it was delicious. Nice staff.

Nice hotel in a perfect location, is close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the rooftop pool is a perfect place to relax.

Charged us for a king suite but gave us a reg room. Would not refund the difference. Will be filing a dispute with my credit card. I will only pay half. I want the other half refunded to me.

It’s a very close walk to the beach
My sheets had stains all over them, what looked like ejaculation. My sea-view room also had a view of a cleaning closet on the floor below. The receptionist takes for ever to check you in, and had no control over issues you encounter with hotel, especially if book through booking.com. Elevator is being worked on and does not work, so you have to wait hours for someone to bring your luggage up the flight of stairs to your room. There is also construction going on all day on the “elevator.” Hotel is NOT as described. Unless you want to be bit by fleas and sleep in dirty sheet (likely bed bugs too), this is your cheap spot. I’m out my money as hotel did not refund my night’s payment. I ended up re-booked at another hotel, and spending more money.

Great location for the price
Breakfast was just a sandwich, same everyday . Also room was never cleaned because they didn’t have a key . And then proceeded to charge me for a new sheet for the bed because it was dirty ?? Not great at all

The location was great. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The roof top plunge pool was not bad.
The elevator didn't work. The in room safe didn't work properly. The in room fridge had not been defrosted for a long time and you couldn't open the freezer. The complementary breakfast was a freaking joke (disgusting). They tried to spruce up the room with paint but the fool who done the painting didn't use a drop sheet and was probably half blind!!

There is nothing to like , it’s hostel pretending to be 4* hotel
Worst hotel I’ve ever been to!!! We have checked out 3 days earlier even we paid for it, first night in room 208 even we paid for upgrade !!!!! They allocated us in room without lock in the door whole night we have been in open space !!! If you like to go sleep at 4am that’s hostel for you however if you like to sleep at normal time it’s not hostel for you. Can’t believe how fake are stars as well. This is not 4* hotel !!! It’s a hostel not hotel for sure. On arrival we been informed we need to upgrade to suit cos they have no rooms!! So had to pay extra 200 dollars for better room so it means that was situated on 5th floor ( can’t forget to mention that elevator doesn’t work and no one offered to help with luggage!!! ) no hot water all of the holidays ( after first night apparently they have fix it but in my room it was still not great.
They offer free breakfast but it’s only sandwich ( no veggie option)
Pool has 50 cm deep so forget to use this facilities either … cleaning service we had once in full 7 days
Nicolas ( manager ) was trying to help but unfortunately some things was out of his power. In general I would never stay there again
Have to admit that crew was really nice and they was doing everything what they could but they only can do so much . Not their fault!
