The location was good, but the soccer field was noisy day and night.
The room was very dark..no window in the living room. The tile looked dirty all the time. The kitchen was not equipped. The breakfast was the same every day and very plain; some time there was nothing to eat ?
The pool is small and shallow...the sunbeds worn out...
The staff was nice and polite.
Sleepless in ight are quarantid due to a soccer field...even at 3AM.

It's in the perfect position for the sea and the town centre.
The staff were friendly and professional, and there was always someone at reception.
The room was clean and fresh. The staff cleaned it every day.
The breakfast was very poor.
The bar on the top floor was closed.
There was no insulation. You could hear the neighbours upstairs and next door, as well as the guys playing football every night until 11.30pm. There was only one water supply on the ground floor.

The hotel staff were so lovely & helpful. The views from the roof top were awesome. The Family Suite that we stayed in was pretty good. Fab cafe next door & Mexican restaurant diagonally across. Very near the main tourist stuff/beach. Good value for money.
Intermittent WiFi, very basic breakfast, noises outside the Family Suite we stayed in ie cockerel, dog barking, people chatting late & late use of multi use games area. If you want to cater for yourself - very limited kitchen equipment

Small quiet hotel, apartment with two spacious clean rooms, plus balcony. Kitchen well equipped. Smart TV. Breakfast brought to the room is very basic, but still well appreciated. Small swimming pool on the roof. Even a little library. Location is good, few steps to 5th Avenue
Bathroom could be better cleaned, overall appartment and furniture are a bit dated. Beaches are 15 - 20min walking, but we found water murky and smelly. We choose to avoid swimming all together

Close to the areas we wanted to visit. Walking distance to 5th and the beach at Playa 72. Rooftop area was nice to chill.

Nice rooftop area at the building a few blocks off 5th Avenue. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is very basic, but it is great to have a kitchen in the room. The hotel is very clean and everything works. The wifi is great and individual for each room, the rooftop and the lobby.
Basically, some eggs to accompany breakfast would have been nice, but it was still satisfactory.

Wonderful
The value for money you get here is simply unbeatable. The room was clean and large enough for 2 people to feel comfortable in. The A/C worked perfectly well. The location is great - it’s in a quiet area but still just a short walk away from 5th Avenue and the beach. Make sure to try the breakfast spot on the corner and Resaka’s Park across the street - their food is to die for!
The bed was not super comfortable as the mattress is very hard. The included breakfast is also nothing special. For this price, though, I absolutely cannot complain!
