Good location close to everything - the bus/ferry, beach and lots of hotels/restaurants! Very helpful stuff and front desk! Great breakfast too!

The room was cramped; the arrangement of the beds and furniture wasn't ideal. There are no power outlets, and the shampoo and conditioner provided are quite basic.

The location was pefect, within walking distance to the most activities in de city. Hop-op Hop-off meeting point nearby for tours. No taxi needed the whole time.

The hotel is just a short walk from all the stores and pick-up points, which makes getting around so easy.
The room doesn’t have any equipment to hang towels or a proper working table inside for eating or working. There is a table and chair on the balcony, but it’s too hot to stay outside for long.

The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is very friendly. Almost everyone at the reception speaks English. Towels were changed every 2 days. On request, it could be changed every day. The rooms were cleaned very well.
The choice of breakfasts is very poor. There are 4 egg dishes in total. The rest is for a fee. The wardrobe was located in the bathroom. It's very humid there and we had to store our clothes in suitcases. The water pressure from the shower was very weak. The hotel definitely needs renovation.

Good location to 5th avenue and beach. Very friendly staff
Breakfast was very very small portion. I do not except the miracles for £10 is around 270MXN and you can get proper breakfast for that money. portions were very small to the point where you couldn’t even pick up food from plate with your fork. that you could not pick up food from your plate with fork. That plus coffee substitute = and we ended up for 2nd breakfast at Greenfit and Starbucks coffee everyday.

Location.
Terrible shower, only lukewarm water, no proper blanket, no proper lock on the sliding door, no curtains on some windows, terrible views and very loud street noise… you’ve been warned.
Breakfast included was basic.

It was near to supermarkets. kindness of receptionists.
I ordered two rooms for six people, one room was too dark and unfortunately it stank from the sewage system, creaky bed, old furniture. In the second better room in shower was only cold water.

Location was great, and it was clean and staff friendly. Both walking distance from the ADO bus station, really close to playa mamitas (nice but busy!) and also nice walk to playa punta esmeralda (really nice and much quieter). Also close to la cueva del chango on 38, amazing breakfast!
The room I was in had windows towards a pretty busy street and was very loud. One night there was also construction work from 22:30-04, of course not the hotels fault but felt like torture.
Shower wasn’t great, water spraying in every direction and only luke warm water after about 5 min.. Also booked a room with balcony but my room had a balcony across the hall so not connected to the room. No hairdryer.

Absolutely LOVED the staff and location. The staff Jade, Erick and Maggie were super polite and helpful. And the location is great, its literally right next to 5th avenue which is where most of the action is.
I didn't care for the beds to be honest, it was a bit too firm for me. Also would've preferred a larger TV. The restaurant attached to the hotel, their breakfast is good but I didn't like their lunch.
