location is Ok,Service in general sucks.
I will never comeback to this hotel.The same day we arrived,our room could not lock the main door,nobody was around to help me out,a good samaritan help me secure the door until the next day,fortunately they moved us to a better an ample room in the lower level.

The location was perfect, right next to Ultramar Ferry Pier, walking distance to the 5th Avenue. Beach front is their best bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful, AC super cold. Safe stay.
The room was kinda outdated, rusted kitchen, our toilet was not working efficiently (you gotta flush 3 times at least), old bathroom with cabinets smell like musty. No parking for car, tini tiny pool (we did not come for the pool so this didn't bother us at all)

The location was really good. However, play del Carmen was facing sargassum issues during this time. So despite the beach being in front of the hotel, we didn’t enjoyed really well.
The room was not clean properly and the room looked like older than the pics in booking.com.
Also, there was no information about the wifi and there was no one at the reception to give us more info about it.

Sink faucet had very little flow and shower head broken. AC cooled great but a little too much as it ran continuously. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location.

The property was located right on the beach and in downtown. Was the perfect location.
The property is a bit outdated, needs a lot of upgrades. We found like 3 roaches in the room. There were barely any amenities in the room, eg only a cheap bar soap for hand washing and bathing. No shampoo or conditioner.

A bit rundown but overall a good stay for 1 night. Being right on the beach was nice, just unfortunate to have a club right next door. Sunrise in the morning was gorgeous.

Beautiful beach and the tiki hut Restaurant had good food. Location right in middle of tons of tourists, shops and 7- Eleven but no grocery store. Walmart Super Center 7 plus blocks.Beautiful view and spacious balcony
This hotel is very outdated so if you want nicer this is not the place. Faucets and many things all rusted. Water in bathroom barely runs. Shower-don't even turn on the cold and you will only get Luke warm which is fine with the weather.Kitchenette-coffee pot and blender very old and had coffee in it when I arrived. You have to unplug the small refrigerator to use the coffee pot. Only other plug was in the bathroom to charge my electronics. No blow dryer.You won't get even a sponge or dish soap. You can't drink the water anywhere in Mexico but here you can't flush paper in the toilet. At resorts you can. Toilet paper is rationed. So, I had to walk to WM to get sponges, dish soap toilet paper etc. Screen is in disrepair.It's very loud with the bar next door. Many locals flock on the beach at night.Many play music for money so that conflicts with the bar next door. Solicitation is bad on the beach. Can't read a book or close your eyes to relax!

Good location for beach, shops & restaurants. The lady who checked us in was lovely & very helpful.
Room was dirty, especially the floor (toilet, basin & shower were clean). Found someone else's hair & comb in the bed. Toilet broke on second day. Rooms badly in need of renovation. Air-conditioner was weak (although new) so we had to use the fan as well. The only entrance to the hotel is via the beach (no street entrance) so difficult with bags. The address on booking.com is wrong; correct address is calla 4 (not 14!). Hotel has reported this to booking.com several times but they still haven't changed it.

Location hearing the rain come down in the morning and the waves crashing looking out our balcony it was beautiful sound and how we can tan out there in in the tanning chairs and that little bar they have with ceviche it was bomb delicious clear water to swim
They didn’t have a laundry, but there’s one right up the road near 10th St. you could drop your clothes off

This hotel is next to a very noisy club which plays loud music until the early hours of the morning . The rooms are tatty and run down , not like the photos show . The rooms smell musty and of sour drains. The owner of the hotel is very rude , promised a refund but did not honour his promise despite us booking into a different hotel and having to pay an extra night's bill . Do not stay at this hotel it is misrepresented by booking.com

Right on the beach... BUT be prepared to drug your luggage through the sand with NO direct access to the "entrance".. !!
We requested and paid for the Superior room with the early check-in included, but we were made wait till regular check-in time and were given a horribroodirty room with leaking toilet and dim lights. The "pool" was a dirty paddle in the middle of the walkway. This establishment should be stripped off all of those 3 stars and be renamed to Hole in the Wall.. !!
