I really like the accommodation and customer service from all staff members. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and pictures are true to what the inside of the rooms look like. The location of the hotel is very close to everything so didn't really need a taxi while I stayed in this hotel.
What I did like is the street noise in the night, but it was expected since your close to 5th ave. I am a heavy sleeper so I didn't really hear the music from local bars, but my mother who is a light sleeper was able to hear the music during the night.

Great location.
Don't expect luxury hotel at this price range, but it is definitely a good value place.
Bathroom in the room could use a bit of renovation/remodelling. Especially water pressure under the shower was a bit of challenge.

The location is 1 block off the main pedestrian boardwalk and 3 blocks from the bus station so easily walkable.
The rooftop pool was closed during the day. Also, there is a music club close by that plays loud music til 3am. All you hear is bass.

My family and I came to this hotel for the second time and, once again, we had a wonderful stay. The staff is so nice and welcoming, always ready to assist. The rooms were clean and in good standing. My parents and I really felt at home.
The breakfast is outside the hotel. A little coffee and tea station in the lobby would be appreciated so we don’t have to leave the hotel just to get a coffee

Downside, no lifts, climbing 3 flights of stairs with suitcases was not good, cold showers, no breakfast as it was stated when we booked!

The hotel was clean, room was spacious and everything worked as it should. Perfect location - walking distance everywhere.
There was slight misunderstanding about the payment when checking in and it made the first impression a bit shady as the employee wanted to charge me twice. Everything was resolved in the morning, with the explaination that the employee didn't know how to work the payment terminal.

We needed to book something last minute and close to the beach, ferry and ADO.
We had arrived 3hrs early for check in and the front desk said that our room won't be done for another hour atleast. We were able to leave our luggage while we went out to explore.
Check in was smooth.
* Room was spacious with just the essentials. (Clean bed, TV - had an issue but was resolved straightway, table and 2 chairs, iron & ironing board - although we didn't use it, the cover looked worn. Lock box - you need the key from the front desk. Has a small mini fridge)
* Bathroom was clean. Liked that it had a clothes line in the shower to hang swimsuits.
* Room had a small balcony,ours was over looking the side street and part of the main road.
Even though the swimming pool was a good size, it was more like a dipping pool. The view of the sun setting it great from up there.
Just to note, there are no lifts/elevator in this hotel. Just keep this in mind, if you can't walk up stairs or if you have big luggages.
