An excellent, friendly staff - very helpful. The location is fantastic, just off of Avenida 5. The roof with the pool, shaded areas, loungers - very nice to relax. Good shower and comfortable bed.
Just because of the construction of the hotel and the location of our room, our first floor interior room was quite humid and nothing wet would dry. The cleaner cheerfully exchanged dry towels for wet ones, but there was no way to dry swimsuits, etc. Also the room was quite dark even with all lights on.

Bathroom door is a sliding door with no latch, pretty much we didn’t like anything in the room. Landscaping inside hotel is nice, I think that they concentrated more on the landscaping looking than the rooms.
Rooms weren’t nice at all. There was a very annoying like sliding door or bed tapping all night long, we hardly got any sleep. You could feel it right in your ears.

Customer service from day-shift front desk and garage attendant. Rooftop pool and how the room was cleaned everyday.
Terrible attitude from night shift front desk person. He told me and my wife that he was not there to help with directions, or recommendations. He made us feel very unwelcome. He was on his phone all the time and would not even acknowledge us when we exited or returned to hotel. No coffee and no mini fridge I. The room

Excellent location just around the corner of the Quinta Avenida. Rooms are OK, parking in the underground garage. Tasteful breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Kind and helpful staff.

Started of bad, when there was no one to meet us at the airport as arranged. They even sent me a message,when we were on the plane, after we asked for verification of who was picking us up, "what was our question"?
Pool area was bad ,most sunbeds unusable due to worn material. Pool had tiles missing & didn't seem to work properly until last couple of days.
Towels in the room were torn & had holes.
Beware of breakfast included,as only fruit, then eggs & coffee from an ern with powdered milk Yuck. Eggs were cooked nicely, choice of omelette and pancakes,but no change over the 2 weeks.
Better off, getting breakfast in 5th Avenue as nicer. They advertise lunch, but never saw anything open.
On the good side, location was great & bed was large, clean & comfortable.
But on the whole, the hotel is in need of a total makeover.
No furniture on the balcony, but hotel overlooked by apartments opposite.

Location in a quiet area but close to the sea and entertainment.
Parking in front of the hotel.
Clean and large room.
Breakfast good and rooftop pool nice for refreshment.
Friendly staff.
Weak WiFi, and very often completely unavailable.
There are no lamps by the bed so that one can read and the other can sleep, just a central light.
Hard pillows (but duvets and sheets great).
Concrete design inside the room.
No hooks or other options for hanging wet bathing suits and towels to dry.

A nice hotel near the center, there is a straight street that goes to the center and it's easy to walk, full of shops and restaurants. The place is safe, we stayed as late as 11-12 at night all good. Near there's a great place for breakfast Olla cafe, very good olla cafe and good Mexican breakfast, loved to chat every morning with the ppl there, they are very kind and lovely. The breakfast at the hotel was pricier and had only 3 options, but good, my friends had it. Good place to stay comfy bed, clean and not noisy in the evenings, did hear some music but I had earplugs and it wasn't bad. Good spaceous room, also with humidity but in Tulum was the same. Nice lovely pool and place to hang on the top of the building, too bad it closes at 18 at least in January. We had a lot of rain so next time I will avoid January. We had a car and there were convenient places to park in front of the hotel. Also we aware of the scams in Playa for example we booked a food tour from get your guide , it was really disappointing and expensive, also we went to cozumel and they scammed us by renting a car (100 dollars) because they said we cannot walk around, which was a lie. So be aware that they have prices for white ppl, especially Americans, and they will rob you like crazy, make sure u know what u want and what the prices should be. Another tip..is to buy souvenirs from the big shops like malls, they charge u like crazy in playa 10 dollars for a magnet ? and we aware of the taxis, we rented a car and it was very good ? also check out the beach near to the hotel it's much better less crowds and more peace, on the ones near the center it's a lot of noise and ppl were stayed near each other so if u want something more peaceful go there. Enjoy

Nice place close to the main party/shopping street. Nice rooftop pool. Nice staff, clean rooms with balcony. Inner part of the building was green and full od plants - it was pretty.
Wifi was really weak, light in the "bathroom"(sink corner) wasn’t bright enough and the view from the pool was on the abbandoned old building.
