Very centrally located, staff was friendly and good and provided all information
We’re only provided 2 towels when we booked for 4. Had to ask for 2 more several times but then was given 2 more. Only one all in one provided in the shower area. Can provide soap for hand wash etc.

The decorations the hacienda style is precious
The morning front desk lady, she was rude and disrespectful. I asked for her name or a complaint number and she refused to give that information. She has greenish eye color, my issue happened on Saturday morning, because my issue I won’t recommend this hotel.

The location was fantastic and close to many things. The hotel was beautiful and far exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.
The air conditioning was out when I stayed and because it is so close to many restaurants there was a lot of party noise at night.

Proximity to the beach & main shopping/restaurant areas.
Short walking distance to ADO bus station.
Proximity to the main discos street..on weekends better bring earplugs if you sleep before 3am.

Get a room with a bathtub it's the best!
Just remember to bring your bug spray, mosquitoes mosquitoes but that's the tropics for you.

Loved the architecture with the courtyard, live plants, and pool in the center.
Noise from the balcony on our exterior room. We were warned about this upon check in. Next time we'll book an interior room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard.
We also had trouble distinguishing this hotel from the other by the very similar name.
