The food was fresh & delicious and lots of variety. The ceviche bar was off the charts.The room was beautiful & the bed was so comfortable! The beach was amazing! The shows we saw were great, and it was wonderful to have entertainment in that main courtyard ! Great performances! We went every night . Shuttles were helpful for such a large property
There definitely needs to be more signage of what is located where.
We had trouble finding the a la carte restaurants as there were no signs on the doors
Also, it was difficult to find information about the shows & activities. It would have been helpful to have information somewhere central .
Our shower water kept getting all over the bathroom. I’m not sure what the solution would be for that.
There was only 1 bar at the beach which wasn’t enough for that many people. Even though the bartenders were working fast there was a line up most of the day

The swimming pools , the drinks and good bartenders service
No lights in the tennis courts at the night . They have the lamps but once it is dark they did not turned it on when we were playing . We asked to the person in charge in that moment to please turn on the lights and she said she didn’t have the keys to do it
The main food buffet is not so good , but fortunately they have also a buffet in the beach and one more in the sport bar and these are better options ,

Hotel is under major construction so wouldn't have booked if I knew. A lot of restaurants were closed and the food was bland. The a la cart restaurant food wasn't good and didn't have dishes that's on their menu. My section pool was dirty. Wouldn't book

Only the beach at this time arond
This is my 13 times going in the same resort. I am very disappointed and unhappy how they treated me as I was a first time going there. Past 2 years I have been VIP in this resort, but this time around, they didn’t honor anything even going through constructions.
I brought so much money since 2017 in this resort. I had to bring many family members. Altogether we had spent at least US $ 60,000 in this resort. so when I spoke to concierge, he said is how much we can offer at this time and when I told him that was VIP for many years and very respected by this resort and employees, he said no ma’am this is how this resort gas been running. I asked him how many years you have been employed, but this resort he said about two years. I said to him you don’t have to tell me how this result has been running because I am customer loyal customer since 2070 year but twice a year. Then he stuck, but still did not care about giving me anything extra any promotions for this day. Don’t think I ever gonna go there again me and my family.

The policy with the beds at the Platinum pool needs to better explained and enforced to apply to everyone. You cant have certain guests be allowed to leave their stuff when they go for meals. Then other guests like us have our stuff removed, and that happened twice.
