Wonderful
Great Staff. Food was really good. Grounds and room were clean. We had a birthday dinner that was set up by the pool, with the Asian food, birthday cake, and a show after we ate.
The drinks were a bit weak at the standard all inclusive bars.

Location of this hotel is amazing! Right on the beach with palm trees! Bar at the beach. Beautiful pool throughout the resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Food and food quality wasnt the best, especially the meats and the seafood. I wouldve expected more of a variety.

Horrible experience. The staff and concierge were always gone when we needed them. The door lock kept locking us out and it wasn't a key issue it was the door issue and yet, they never fixed it and told us to just change rooms (to a lesser quality room)

There was a Taco stand open by the pools until 6 pm that saved my life. Nothing besides that was good.
The service by the staff was awful.The rooms were not clean or modern and the buffet food WAS DISGUSTING. I booked an excursion, I was lied to about distance to the destintation, and activities offered. The shuttle drives by you SMH

Room, pools and beach. Average all inclusive resort. Won't be returning.
It is necessary to have reservations for the restaurants(not the buffet). The hotel WiFi and the hotel app were awful. We were unable to reserve any restaurants. We went to the concierge twice and told no available seatings.Empty tables at all restaurant

Very friendly staff, always came back to a cleaned and well stocked room. Some great shows and lots of space by the pool. Some of the bartenders were really amazing and prompt with service.
Not a fan of an all inclusive shutting down the pool at 8pm and bar not opening up again until 10 am.

Offered good excursions. Lots of pools, convenient bar locations. Rooms were comfortable.
Food was pretty bad, even the nicer reservation restaurants werent great. Had to book a reservation right when they came available days in advance or you wouldnt get a table. No hot tubs on the resort. Staff robbed our room, and were generally rude.

Rooms smelled like mold. There was actual mold around the tub. The toilet steats even pinched your leg when you sat down! A lot of money for a shitty room and gross food

Bar and drinks were ok, juices were not good. Got a synthetic feel in cocktails.
Fine dining experience not pleasant. Unable to make booking conveniently. Staff was somewhat helpful, had to request and extract information from them. Some of the staff members were very pleasant and helpful and some were not. Buffet was not that great.

The staff was super attentive and friendly. I was very impressed with the attention to detail on everything and very much enjoyed our stay.
Our room had a musty/moldy smell, but eventually we grew nose-blind to it. We didn't bring it up to the front office because it wasn't too unbearable, and that's the reason why we didn't give it a 10/10. Otherwise everything else exceeded expectations.

Paid for the room with the pool access.. the area was open to use by all customers.. when one gets room with pool it's only Access.. Tje sea water wasn't clear
