I love this place. Everyone is so amazing and truly happy to work there.
Everything was awesome.
Mario in the restaurant, Arturo at the pool were my two favorite people. These two went so far above expectations I can’t even comment. Love this place thanks to the service. So many other wonderful people I can’t even remember. Everything was wonderful.

Love the layout of the hotel, the multiple pools were beautiful.
Our room was amazing, clean, large and well thought out in functuanality and design.
Enjoyed the restaurants, especially the Sushi, Grill and Cevice spots.
Coffee/snack shop was great and available late.
Staff was incredible, friendly, helpful and fun!
I was very satisfied all the way around, the complaints we heard were that there is a lack of entertainment, I disagree as the hotel is for celebrations, and there is all the entertainment you can want a block away.
The only negative as there was a white party next door that went into the ealry AM - and very loud - didn't bother us, but I bet there are guest that would not be so okay with it!

Great central location—walking distance to main pedestrian street beachfront resort; well appointed, modern, clean facilities and excellent service.
Food was mediocre at best. Very limited choices at an all inclusive 5 star compared to other all inclusive 5 star resorts in playa del Carmen; buffet available only on NYE with very basic Mexican food.

Wonderful suite with great sea view and bathroom that made us feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, in particular the butler service. They went out of their way to make our anniversary stay special.
The speakeasy bar could benefit from some sound-absorbent material. The sound level in there was uncomfortable even with a small number of people. We were there at a busy time and the Grill struggled to manage the wait-time and did not offer bookings. One dish (pasta in the Italian restaurant) was not well cooked.

The hotel was beautifully designed and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was sometimes very noisy at night. Especially in the rooms closer to the ocean. The food was good but not great. The beach was very murky and trashy.

The sun sets on the main pool by like 3pm … we definitely migrated to the beach for more sun. Gerardo was the best server - took care of us all week!

Access to hotel, up rather steep driveway/road- not very elderly/handicapped accessible. Not enough railings around steps, pool. Fragrant spray used in elevators

Made me give my car to the valet as it was not allowed to self park. Lost my car keys which included my house keys , office keys and a keychain with sentimental value. They made me wait 6 hours in the lobby to call a locksmith that could make a key

It is right by 5th St. My husband's birthday was while we were here. They brought him a personal cake for his birthday. That's was wonderful.
It was warm in our room. In saying that, we like it to be 65°. If the ceiling fan went faster, it would be better.

Love this Resort! Unbeatable location, it is secure and off of the Main Street but a short 5 minute walk and you’re right in the middle of Quinta Avenida! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach is also great, not too crowded and really well maintained (for a beach lol).
Will stay here every time we are in Playa Del Carmen!

Disappointing
Pools and beach are great for kids.
The non-associated bar just north of the hotel, but directly adjacent to it, literally in view of the any ocean front rooms plays very loud and bass filled music from lunch to dinner. It ruins the atmosphere during the prime hours of the day to be at the beach or pool.
