Location is great for the beach and more calm area of the main street (5th avenue), our kids loved the pool. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds, kind staff and simple check-in and check-out.
Fridge was very noisy the whole day and night and not working very well (not cold)

The Wi-fi was spotty at best. One of the elevators was not working and after the 3rd day, the other elevator did not work past the 4the floor

The room was spacious
The wifi worked
The wristbands - cheap plastic wristbands were uncomfortable. the a/c - only works when the room key is inserted. Only one room key. the towel cards - trade card for towels. The property lost water for an entire day and didn't respond to my message when I requested a refund for the day because I paid for another hotel to take a shower.
The shower head was so old and clogged with minerals the water sprayed every direction but down.. i asked the staff have maintenance change the shower head but nothing.
The tile floor in the room felt dirty and i didn't want to walk barefoot.
The bed was hard, the linens and pillows below average.
The location is far from supermarket, ado, city center.

There was a good amount of space, the beds were very comfy and the rooftop lounge and pool are fantastic. We love this area of PDC for easy access to the beach at calle 72 or behind The Reef hotel at the end of CTM. Less than 10 minutes walk from the room to the best part of the local beach. Our room was back away from the street so it was very quiet at night. The kitchen only had basic supplies, but enough appliances and cooking utensils to get by.
I was skeptical about dealing with lobby noise when they gave us a room not far from the front desk, but it was not really an issue. There was a day when the tap water turned blue early in the morning and then stopped running until the early evening. It seemed ok again after it was restored. As noted in other reviews, it´s not really a 2-bedroom apartment as the walls don´t reach the ceiling and you have to go through one bedroom to reach the bathroom so better for people who are ok with that level of privacy.

The pictures are exactly as shown on the booking site! Vanessa, our front desk personnel, was excellent she welcomed us even though we arrived before check-in time and kindly offered to store our luggage in the gym. Norma, our maid, was also amazing.
The location was perfect! Everything was within walking distance: 5th Avenue, Chedraui, 10th Avenue, and the beach. It was peaceful and quiet, making it a relaxing getaway.
We also visited Señor Frog, just a couple of blocks down on 5th Avenue OMG, what a vibe! The place was full of energy, live music, and great entertainment. Like they say, you come for the food but stay for the entertainment! A++++++ for both food and fun.
I will definitely book here again on my next trip to Playa del Carmen!

I really liked this place! It seem to be new and fresh. Very cozy and nice atmosphere, beautiful reception, and perfect location. The room was not too big, but still good for our company of 2 adults and two kids. I want to admit separately the quantity of the service at reception - they are going just amazing job! They were so friendly 24/7 and helped us with everything were looking for! Also I want to admit the cleaning team - they are doing excellent job too. Exceptional service! I will come back in December this year, hopefully, with my mom! Thank you so much guys for this amazing vacation at your hotel!
There is a free coffee and tea station which is absolutely great! My friend said that it would be perfect to have a breakfast too, but I understand that this is more "suits" type of the accommodation and there is no restaurant to cook the food, so all good. There are tons of cafes around the hotel.

The pool and location is good.
They scammed me. I booked a room that has two beds with divider and they did not give it to me. They rudely told me not available and said to speak with the manager in the morning. I came in the morning and the lady at the desk said the manager was out of town.

Everything was pretty nice. Free coffee in the lobby, nice rooftop pool with view. Clean.
One Front desk clerk was cranky but calmed down with time.
I did not like our lobby floor room (PB2)at first as it has no windows to look out of but the room situation was right for my grown son and me with sort of 2 rooms.
We were hardly in the room so didn’t matter much.
Location was very good with access 5 th Ave.

The location is absolutely fantastic for Playa del Carmen. You're super close to the action, super close to the beach (5-7 min walk from both) but when you want to get a quiet night of sleep, you're the perfect distance away from all the noise too !
The staff are extremely pleasant, nice, helpful... could write entire pages of how amazing they are.
There's nothing to put here.

Very clean well located
The front man was somewhat unfriendly and unreceptive. As for the two ladies they were super nice with us. They put a ban on your wrist when you walk in like they do in an all inclusive. I am in a hotel WTF. I removed it a few days later.

Good location, a short walk from the beach and 5th Avenue. Quiet area, but close to everything.
The kitchen is dated, especially the cook top. Bare bones utensils and cookware. Our room had a view of a concrete wall 2 meters away, sort of like looking our into a well.

They want to charge $300 pesos, $25 CDN for anyone not staying at the hotel to just come to your room, I can see not letting other people use the rooftop pool but charging to come to your room is ridiculous.
