The accommodations were clean and spacious. A tremendous value for the cost. Walking distance from several restraunts and food store.
The only thing I did not find comfortable were the pillows.

Good bed and lots of room. The kitchennette with fridge was really useful and it came with essentials for the kitchen.
Common areas were kept clean. The studio was spacious and would fit 4 people easily.
Was lacking on the cleanliness that could have easily been taken care of. There were stains all over the walls that could have easily been wiped away. The wifi was pretty bad..most of the time we didn't have any connection. Bathroom would get soaking wet daily, but that's a common issue in mexico.

Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, the AC worked well.
Needs a microwave. There are a few odds and ends of plates and cups, 1 spoon, 1 fork, 1 small frying pan.
Would be nice to have a few coat hangers in the closet.

The hard mattress on the queen bed and the so called sofa bed was hard sponge over a cement soda it was horrible it should say sofa bed for 2 kids not adults

It was a convenient place for our one night stay. It's a bit out of the main part of town but that worked for our plans. There was an oxxo close by and also a really nice Cafe that did great coffee. We didn't spend much time here, arrived late at night and left early morning, but it fit our purpose. Staff were helpful and friendly.

what it costs, you get what you pay for
The receptionist was informed very early that check in would be after 11 P.M. She informed me that she would send me the information for the check in procedure. She never sent me the information when I arrived at the hotel at 1 A.M. I had to look for another accommodation option. And not even a refund or a credit for the big failure.

The condo price is sooo good, famous in Playa Del Carmen, nearly all taxi driver knows the place. The staff working here are very nice and helpful, they do good job to help tenants
