Host - Sebastien was an excellent host. He was always available. Very friendly. Provided recommendations on where to eat and places to go. He brought us the best bakery croissants and fresh juice our first morning. Place was well stocked with all the amenities we needed (Thank you for having coffee). We enjoyed our stay and would stay at Claro de Luna if we find ourselves back in Mexico.

I loved the quiet location, that was away from 5th avenue. Sebastien was very attentive and kind. It was also convenient that I could prepare my meals, in the kitchenette. The property is close to some great restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect place to end our holidays. A beautiful and big apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room. We loved the place, the pool, the location, everything! I would certainly go back to stay more time at Claro de Luna.
The owner was very friendly, we arrived earlier than expected and he brought the keys immediately. We were also allowed to pay for a late check-out so we could still have a shower before we left to the airport.

Late night swim in the pool. The host was warm and helpful. The place was everything we needed and we had a lovely stay.

Staff was the highlight. Sebastien was super helpful and a delight to be around. If you like cats, or even if you don't, Lu the property cat is sure to get to smile.
The bed is very comfortable, the room is quite large and the kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals.
The location is quiet at night and near the "collectivos".
Not much to say here. More food containers in the kitchen would be helpful.

The pool/garden area was so beautiful - such a lovely place to relax first thing in the morning or when we returned after a long day.

Friendly, helpful owner. Clean and comfortable bedroom. Good for a short stay.
Location, next to a power station isn't particularly charming. It's not a pleasant walk into town but it felt safe and provides reasonable access to playa.
In case it's important to you: Swimming pool is good for cooling off and splashing about - good for kids, but it's design does not allow for proper swimming.

The property is about a 20 minute walk from the beach, ferry terminal to Cozumel and the ADO bus station, the room had good A/C which we needed at night, the pool is clean and safe, there are sun lounges and chairs.
The host Sebastian is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, the room had a comfortable bed, warm shower and reasonable cooking facilities including microwave and 2 burner gas stove.
We felt safe in the local area including at night, it is a quiet “ local vibe area”
If you want 5 star accommodation this isn’t for you but if you want very good, reasonably priced accommodation, this is perfect, it’s well away from the noisy at night areas, there is a well stocked Mexican supermarket within a 10 minute walk, and this is next to the Collectivo mini bus depot where you can go cheaply to Tulum and places on the way.
Taxi to the beach and bus station if you don’t like walking is approximately $150 Mexican pesos (10 USD)

Sebastian was very helpful, he provided us with a home-made catalog with a lot of nice restaurants close by an unresponsive.
He even invited me to eat birria tacos Saturday morning & washed our clothes for free

Sebastian was the perfect host, provided lots if info on places to eat, got us a taxi and even gave us beers on the first night when we couldn’t buy them. The accommodation was great with enough facilities to self cater. The pool area was lovely very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.
If you want to be in the centre of things this is not the place for you.
