The location is great. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and small, but had everything we needed.
The air conditioner was a bit old.
There’s a bar across the street from the hotel, a couple of houses down, that plays music until 2 a.m. It’s not very loud, but it’s worth being aware of.

Wonderful
Simple and comfortable place to stay in effortable costs. Walking distance from ADO and the beach , kitchen to cook some meals , great AC , clean and secured . I think the most important is the staff lady that very nice , helpful and ZERO drama .

I liked the location very much, so close to everything, but not a major price. Lot's of local vendors all around, it's the real authenic Mexico. Also, for as busy as it was there wasn't a lot of noise, which is usually a problem anywhere I stay in Playa.
The shower had an electrical heating element in it and when I tried to adjust it I was shocked. So don't touch the shower.

Great location. Felt safe. Has everything you need in the room. Good value for money. Nice host.
Only downside was the wifi in the room was pretty poor. Not able to download or stream. Not the end of the world if youre preparred but if you have important work/ meetings online to do then dont rely on the wifi. Otherwise perfect!

It is opposite of a bar which opens at 4 and is open till 1. In the weekend they even had a life band outside!!

The room is big, and near a lot of shops & street food vendors. Fridge in the room.
A/C and ceiling fan not properly working. The street is super noisy, bar next door has loud music until 2am, even with earplugs it was hard to sleep.
The shower had not power and you can only have hot or cold water.
The stairs to get to the room are really steap and the steps are high.
We had to arrange the check-in time in advance as ne reception. The host was 30min late.
No sign with name on the building.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and their good English was much appreciated since we don't speak Spanish. The location was convenient, making it easy to reach the city center. The facilities were excellent, including a fridge, cups, cutlery, and a coffee maker. Hot water was also readily available.
We were provided with only a sheet, which felt a bit small. Additionally, the air conditioning was somewhat noisy.
Regarding the facilities, a hairdryer would always be a welcome addition.

Lovely little studio with kitchenette and terrace. 4 blocks from the beach.
The horrendous music coming from the bar across the street and the music from the street vendors..
