Clean, very well located and safe.
The 2 bedroom suite 201N, was missing a lot of basic things and broken things for the price paid : can opener, wine glasses, knives, bowls, ice cube trays, sink plug, oven gloves, no chairs for a beautiful balcony. Broken stuff: 1 Toilet broken, coffee maker broken …. It started off our 3 weeks there rough!!!!

During our stay, we appreciated the pool, the air conditioning system, the room size, and the bathroom facilities. It is very well located close to Walmart and the 5th avenue. Nice staff
We were very disappointed the bathroom facilities and wash cloths were very old and they were filthy. The dishes were dirty; In our balcony, there was a cigar. The little dining table was dirty and smeared as if they were eating pizza. The iron was not present. balcony chairs are simple plastic and old . We also had trouble with our wifi, wrong info. Our next door neighbor was super noisy There tvs, both are not smart tv. And the living room one, the control does not work.

The rooms were very clean and modern and equipped with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was easy, free parking was great and the location was awesome. We didn't have any noise issues and slept very comfortably. We really enjoyed our stay.
We had to pay via a paypal link prior to arrival and it took a couple of goes to get it to work. We had to pay in MXN pesos (not USD or AUD as indicated in my booking) and this subsequently pushed the rate up in our currency but it was still a great deal so no regrets.

The check in process is terrible. I had to meet someone to pay in cash for one place I booked here and I ended up cancelling it.

Great location just steps away from 5th avenue and lots of bars and restaurants. Also a block away from the bus station and supermarket.
Check in was easy and room was well equipped..nice swimming pool on the roof and free underground parking

Very convenient location.
Apartment was nice and clean. Very smooth check in process with a concierge guiding us every step of the way. Julieta was wonderful!

the location was good
There was an issue with check-in and we were told that we had to pay when we arrived, however this had to be before 5 pm, with was not specified when making the booking and we found it very stressful. Also all of the towels in the bathroom were unusable as the fibres from the towel would go all over your body, and to get them off you would have to shower again, honestly this was very very inconvenient as it meant that we had nothing to dry ourself with for the entire stay.

We liked the location (close to supermarket and 5th ave), cleanliness, balcony and staff polite.
Very echo from app't next door. Doors don't have any felt to absorb the door closing which makes a loud bang. A broom in the app't would be helpful since we do bring in sand unfortunately. Netflix would also be nice for the guests who do not speak Spanish. The gym had no air conditioning and some of the weights are missing.

Disappointing
The apartment itself was very nice. Large. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, plates, glassware (and plastic) for our purposes. Bed comfortable. TV's worked well, and we could find English speaking stations. Mega was very close, thank goodness, to buy all the items we NEEDED and weren't supplied. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
We were switched to an entirely different building than what we booked. We ended up at Anah Downtown. We were travelling with friends who were in The Anah suites building. A HUGE hassle to go from one building to the other to just see each other. Our encounters with our Concierge Violeta were disappointing - at best. Be VERY careful - for the reservations "says" they supply towels. What they don't tell you is they supply 2 towels for your entire stay!!! They say they supply toilet paper. What they don't tell you is they supply 1 roll of toilet paper for your entire stay. They do not supply ANY - I repeat - ANY soap! No wash clothes (face clothes), no paper towels, no dish soap or dish towels. Can you believe we had to run to Mega for a bar of soap? AND....when I request these items from Violeta - she says, "Check your reservation." That's it - nothing else. OH! And guess what folks? IT IS in our reservation that they supply "towels" - they supply 2 towels, so that's how they get away with it. This experience was a bait and switch every step of the way! Go ahead and rent an apartment with this knowledge ahead of time!! We couldn't use the lovely balcony, because they didn't supply any patio furniture (btw - that IS in the reservation....lol!)
Lastly, we did use the pool. but did not use rooftop spa. Was very dirty and pumps weren't working. Sludge on the water. Gross!
