It seems renovated which is very good, the location to metro Insurgentes is perfect and the proximity to Roma makes it wonderful by walking.
One girl at the staff was very rude and not very easy to speak to, thankfully another young man was on the other shift and could help us! But it did rest a lot of points seeing that attitude on the staff.
Also the material of the pillows is not that good but it does the job.

The facilities are great, clean and nice, just I want to say it is not 5 min away from centro citi Banamex as it is mentioned in the ad . At least, 15 min ride in the car. Breakfast is delicious !
Few recommendations : there is no place to set the hands towel, even not sure if there is one. There's no socket to plug the mobile in the left night table
