Peaceful. Comfortable. Clean. Very close to the Blue House (literally across the street - 60 seconds walk.) 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction is the fun buzz and vitality of Coyoacán.
It was perfect for me, very quiet & “old school.”. The staff were friendly too.

Absolutely beautiful property, location, and experience. There is a lot of intention, care, and love poured into this property and the overall hospitality experience—we were expecting it to be as lovely as it was, but not expecting the warmth we received from the host family. If you're on the fence, DO IT—stay here. The grounds are beautiful; you could not ask for a better location. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, and we cannot wait to come back!

The hotel was right across the Frida Kahlo museum and the neighbourhood is very lovely - great market and park a few blocks away . The house is very old but amazing architectural features. There is a communal kitchen to use. The host family was super helpful and responsive - they sorted all our queries we had and let keep our luggage long after our official check in.
No AC just a fan. Toilet could do with an upgrade.

The property was off street and quiet and secure. Located just six blocks from downtown it was centrally located. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Two of the three mornings there was no hot water, which was inconvenient.

Fantastic location and super lovely grounds. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
The room I was in had a skylight which made it hard to sleep in. Definitely bring an eye mask unless you are an early riser.
