Very good breakfast, with local selections daily, in a nice dining room. Lovely room, comfortable bed. Close to Condesa. Good street food nearby. Vibrant, safe neighborhood.
Slippery, though beautiful, floor tiles in bathroom. Easy to slip on when wet. Neighborhood not as nice as nearby Condesa.

The rooms are spacious and meet the essential needs. I like that there is a hot/cold water dispenser I can easily fill up my water bottle with.
The only thing I didn't like was the working station in the room. The "desk" is too high for the chair they provide. If you are trying to get some work done, you will get uncomfortable fast. I had to sit on a couple of pillows to get to a good height level.

The location was ok, size of the room was fine. Breakfast included.
The hotel is old, somehow they made it look much better in the pix than in reality. The staff is busy with their own conversations, instead of being more helpfull. Another customer was blasting music in their room, we felt like we were in a front row concert in our room. When asking the staff to take care of this, they have said this is normal. I was forced to confront the other customer on my own. The staff should have better command of basic English.
