there was only a torn hand towel in the room when we checked in at Midnight. I had to ask for towels in the morning and it took about 15 minutes to find 2 towels.

In our 3 week tour of Mexico we liked our hosts the best, they are so friendly and helpful. Great honest advice on what to see and do. We loved the free light show onto the cathedral, the convent show was much less impressive but is at the end of the prettiest street in Valladolid so that in itself is a must visit. Do try the churros stand in the main square, the best we had in Mexico. Take the tour the owner suggests to Los Lagartos, we saw flamingos, crocs, pelicans and so much more, truly a great excursion. Accommodation was superb, very cute and social, breakfast delicious. Thank you:)

Strategically located near the north exit from the city, easy to access, parking in premises and wonderful staff. The room was spot clean and beds were comfortable.

It's good quality for the price you pay, it is near a lot of interesting places, and even it's very near of a bus station and the subway, which, if you happen to use them, you can get to the hotel by walking 5 min max.
Maybe I'm asking for too much, but some things are outdated, like the TV (is old), I think the lights may be improved, the shower. But again, that would make the hotel more expensive; the price I've paid is very good for what I got. Recommended 100% if you don't want to break your wallet and stay in a good place.

Staff was very nice at front desk and restaurant. Room was clean and spacious. Convenient to bus terminal north.
No heat or hot water in the shower. The neighborhood is pretty busy with not a lot there.

The hotel is very good. The shower room the sides needs to be sealed so that the water does not penetrates and run through the next side. Restaurants needs to offer other kind of foods. The staff was excellent. Ms Teresa and Adiler were good. Hotel very clean. You are doing a great job. Keep on going.
