I really liked the location as it is very well located if you would like to be near the Reforma area. The hotel seems elegant and nice with great facilities.
If you want to stay somewhere where you don't hear the music from clubs all night, this is not the location to stay at. Wasn't horrible, but worth mentioning.

Had a great stay. Rooms were comfy and clean. Great location within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. We were on the 9th floor and had access to the lounge. You could hear a bit of music from the club nearby at night but it didn’t bother us.

The property was nice and a good location.
Service was mediocre at best. It was a hassle to call the front desk, and staff acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. TV wasn’t smart and couldn’t mirror phone screen like advertised.

Location and staff was very friendly
Our view was a parking garage and the size of room for being a deluxe was small , pool was not warm neither was the hot tub, and Starbucks dosent open till 9am
