Location was great. Room was great, with everything we needed, comfy bed, and beautiful view over the park. Buffet breakfast was great, especially fresh papaya and pineapple and omelettes to order. There were computers for guests and staff printed my conference paper and boarding passes. Staff was very helpful and sought to communication and meet our needs despite our very limited Spanish.

I got there early in the morning and the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. She assisted me with the best rate possible and early check-in which I really appreciated. All the personnel was efficient and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel several times and this is definitely my place to stay in Mexico city.

Excellent location near the Alameda. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Free coffee and sweet bread service and potable water.dispensers on every floor.
The bathroom needs to be updated. The finish on the tub was cracked and peeling. Both of our bath towels had sizeable.holes
