Nice comfy beds, good location and excellent view from the room
The air conditioning was set at 18 degrees Celsius so if you were feeling cold the only way was to turn off.

I like that the hotel is next to a big shopping mall, so there is a variety of food choices! Also I liked that the metro station was not far from the hotel. I give the maximum points because the staff is very polite and because they allowed me a late check out without extra payment.
The breakfast is very poor! And the most ridiculous thing was that every morning they remind me that tip is not included! I've travelled the world and never was asked to tip someone for breakfast! And in this case with that poor breakfast that was really outrageous!

The proximity to the mall and the cleanliness
The room didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave. I came in with a headache one of the nights and asked for Tylenol or advil and the front desk didn’t have any. Most places I’ve stayed have basic medication such as those available for guests.

Everything, great location as it's close to MetroBus station that connects to subway. The fact that it is located inside a mall makes it super convenient!! Restaurants are open after 22:00 hours, and although the mall closes at 22, you are still able to have dinner after that time, there's a door that connects hotel and mall so you dont have to go outside from the hotel. Staff is super friendly, especially Francisco, who helped us in getting some change to ride the bus early in the morning. Stunning views from the beautiful city of Mexico!!
Desk lamp wasn't working, but that is just a small feature, hotel is great. Maybe a suggestion will be to have a small fridge in the bedroom.
