Very approachable staff and willing to help immediately. Place is excellent for Basilica Pilgrims.
There is nothing I don’t like except may need new bathroom towels as seemed old. We checked in for 3 adults but towels were good for 2 people.

Not much to do around the property but there is a Soriana across the street. Very convenient. We had to ask for towels the first 2 nights. 1sr night 1 towel for 4 people. 2nd night 3 towels. Restroom did not have grab bars and I had asked before I booked if it was handicapped accessible. But fortunately my mom managed. Same breakfast daily! But the lady that was there was so nice and helpful unfortunately I did not get her name. Overall a great stay. Very nice, smelled good, and clean. Javi was the best taxi driver. Very pleasant and helpful. We traveled with my mother in a wheelchair and he always accommodated us. No shuttle bus.

The last evening/night was disrupted by a group of inconsiderate guests and their families being overly loud and raucous in the hallways outside their rooms and the noise really travels into nearby rooms
