location and staff. clean place, room, towels, etc. it was a great stay. good food for breakfast, the nicght tacos smelles too good thou. asked for a king size bed, got a double.
ammenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) lack of places to connect electronic devices to charge. shower spilled water due to small courtain.

Didnt know that I had breakfast included. The location was excellent. Everything was walking distance. Nice area and lot of good restaurants options. The price originally was going to pay $4,261.44 according with booking app but I ended up paying $5,156.34.
The beds werent very comfortable.

I loved there is a safety bar in the bathroom. The breakfast was good.i would have liked a thicker omelet te, but there is a good selection of foods.

We were very disappointed of service! The key card was not working. We had to go down to reception 3 times until the key was fixed. Next day we went out at morning and came back at 2pm. The room was not cleaned. It turned out that room service works only by request. We requested cleaning and after that administration asked 80 MXN for dirty towel! We rejected that but administration said about 100 USD penalty for smoking in the room. We did not smoke inside! And penalty for dirty towel sounds stupid for a 5-star hotel.
The vacation was ruined.
That's not all! My child got lice after two nights in this hotel!! Also I forgot my Vans shoes inside but nobody found it.
I will never come back to this hotel!

As a family of four we need space for our suitcases and to move around. We were pleased to find that our room had THREE full-size beds! Our children were delighted that theyd each have their own bed! The location was PERFECT directly on Paseo Montejo. We stayed Saturday to Sunday so we were able to participate in Biciruta on Sunday morning. Saturday night on that street we walked all the way to Mercado Santa Barbara alive with food stalls, live music and various vendors.The buffet breakfast had a huge variety and delicious.
There seemed to be no electricity in our room. When I was able to reach someone at front desk they let me know we had to insert our key card into the activator beside the entry. WHY DIDNT HE EXPLAIN THIS TO US AT CHECK IN?
Also we were only given one key card. If one of us wanted to stay in by while others wanted to go out, then sleeping person had to be disturbed to open the door or be without electricity.

The breakfast was really good.
Too many noises coming from above the room. They changed me to a next room due to a leakage and the bathroom in that room smelled like sewage. And its my third time staying and every time after the first, my rooms werent as comfortable.

The cleanest property. They sanitize and clean everything even the elevators. The cleanliness in rooms,
Lobby, pool And gym was exceptional.
I requested a quiet room
And it was sooo quiet.
I was able to watch both Chief- Ravens and Niners-Lions playoffs but the cable pix was bot the best but who cares- I saw the games!!!

Location, friendliness and welcoming staff, great price.
A little outdated room, dingy looking linens and towels, no service at the bar area at the roof top pool. The pool water was a bit dirty.

Location, type of room, balcony, cleaning staff very attentive, left a tip of course.
Promoted as having an open hotel lobby bar, rooftop bar with drinks and food at the pool. Was all closed and had been since lockdown. No reason for it not to be open years, I mean years, later. Restaurant attached to hotel will not serve drinks to residents unless they are part of a wedding. I was staying there a week. I requested this once.

The hotel is in a great location. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. There is a very nice swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. WIFI worked properly. A plus for the hotel is a pretty good gym. Good hotel breakfast for about 310 Mexican pesos.
