The perfect central location.
The rooms are a bit “tired’ and smelled strongly of disinfectant. I found the woman at the front desk to not be very mechanical and not a friendly face to greet guests. Your policy of no extra water bottle was disappointing.
The dining room staff was very friendly and efficient. Great a la carte breakfast.
Manuel, the bell hop was very friendly and most eager to please. The others were also very good.
I wonder why there isn’t a display in the lovely lobby of things to see and do in the city, or copies of Yucatán Today.

Location is perfect, is a two-minutes walk from downtown.
It was noisy at nights, you could hear the noise of a party in the street and was difficult to sleep

Everything was good. The room was spacious and that’s comfortable.

Good value. I liked the pool and the room size
The Mayan pub has a live band on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night and they blast music until midnight or later. If you want to go to sleep before 1 am you will have a hard time

The room was small but nice. The location was good.
The bed was horrible and the pillows were worse. The restaurant was unbelievable expensive for burnt waffle. Who burns a waffle. That takes talent.

I have never ever seen such dishonest and poorly trained staff!!! I saw a charge pending from them on my bank app for over $400 USD!!! Showed them, emailed their accounting, to understand why, they denied it was them!!! They said maybe your bank did it!! From then on they were terrible I stay at A LOT of hotels as I m Genius 3 and I ALWAYS have a great experience but here!!! Until now they deny and the hotel manager refuses to talk to me!! The worst place I have ever been to ever!!
